Nous avons passés un excellent séjour au sein de l'appartement. Il est très bien situé. La vue est superbe Accès direct à la plage. Doté d'une place de parking reservé et à l'abri sous l'immeuble (un vrai plus).

Quelle vue sur la plage,formidable.L’environnement de l’appartement est très propre,magnifiquement végétalisé.Super séjour,on s’est baignés jusqu’au 8 octobre.Comme j’ai dit à Charlotte,le seul défaut,c’est qu’il est déjà réservé.Nous aurions bien voulu renouveler l’expérience l’an prochain.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Saubere Anlahe. Gutes Parken. Diebetten sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber gut. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist super.

Appartement très agréable, il dispose d’un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer! Une vue magnifique à toute heure de la journée. Le logement est idéalement situé en bord de mer/plage et proche du centre-ville. Place de parking à l’ombre. Résidence calme, entretenue et très bien fleurie. Le store extérieur permet de manger sur le balcon à l’ombre. Ravie de mon séjour!

Vue imprenable sur la Mer

L'appartement est très bien agencé et agréable, une grande baie vitrée pour une magnifique vue sur la mer. Heureusement que l'appartement était confortable car c'est un cas exceptionnel sur la Côte, la météo a été pourrie pour les deux semaines réservées. Je recommande cette location. Il y a un ascenseur bien utile pour mes 75 ans.

Il y a rien à dire apparemment conforme à l'annonce, spacieux lumineux superbe vue l'ensemble de la résidence est bien entretenu. Natalie nous à bien accueilli. Je recommande cet appartement.

Appartement moderne, bien situé

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cet appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé et dispose d'une place de parking sous l'immeuble. La résidence est très propre, bien entretenue et agréablement fleurie. Le point positif est vraiment la vue à couper le souffle ! Le seul point négatif de notre séjour est que la chambre principale se trouve dans l'entrée ce qui ne permet pas les allers et venus pendant l'heure de la sieste ! Mais avec une vue pareille on oublie tout ! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Notre point de vue, notre vécu

2 points majeurs de confort:1 -le ventilateur plafond ne fonctionnait pas : inconfort total dans une période chaude. 2- mitigeur de douche ne fonctionnait pas: impossible d'obtenir une température inférieure à 40°obligés de se doucher à l'eau chaude.La propriétaire contactée par mail n'a même pas daigné répondre .Surprenant !!!!Dommage, cela vient entâcher l'impression générale qui est bonne.

Désolée de ne pas avoir pu régler ce problème durant votre séjour. Un nouveau mitigeur et un nouveau ventilateur ont été installé fin juillet.
