This Studio is carefully decorated with great taste and care. Located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a secure Residence of 4 floors, having no trade on the ground floor.
This studio has a very beautiful terrace of 18 m2, located directly in front of the Mediterranean Sea, having a sheltered place, facing the sea, where you can take your meals. It is equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs, and is oriented: East./South./Where is/; Where you can rest, relax and contemplate with great happiness this rare and exceptional 180 ° panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Lavandou bay, on the Golden Islands (Ile du Levant, Ile de Port-Cros ), on the beaches of Lavandou, the Ports of Lavandou and Bormes les Mimosas, as well as on the magnificent Massif des Maures, and admire as far as the eye can see the rocky cut of the Var coast etc.
Facilities: 2 large double glazed windows fitted with electric blinds, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, WIFI (free), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, pillows, blankets, duvets. etc ...
Beds: 2 X 2 beds, in 2 different closed rooms (1 bed for 2 people 140 cm x 190 cm + 2 single beds, 90 cm x 190 cm, bunk, one person).
- 2 tennis courts, in the gardens of the Residence, are reserved for Residents.
The car park located in the gardens of the Residence is closed. It is secured by a code to access it, as well as to enter the Residence.
Each apartment has its private, numbered parking space.
