Each fully furnished apartment is 750 sq. ft, and has a large living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate dining room. The fully-stocked kitchen has a gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils.

Apartments have hardwood floors, queen size bed, pillow top mattress; iron/ironing board; air conditioning/ heating; bathroom with bathtub/shower combination; 2 TVs, DVD player, Direct TV service. WIFI and all utilities are INCLUDED in the rental rate. In addition, sheets and towels are provided. There is a laundry facility on-site. One garage parking space is also included per apartment. This property is small and quiet, in a great and safe east Pasadena location, close to freeways and to many conveniences. The layout of the units, which span the whole length of the building from front to back, with bedrooms in the back, provides privacy and peaceful nighttime rest.
