Homey and inviting, this remodeled 1-bedroom home will impress you with its functionality and emplacement. Located less than a mile to Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, many local boutiques and restaurants, and also near some beautiful hiking trails, you will find plenty of activities practically at your doorstep! The freeway, easily accessible, will get you to Downtown Los Angeles in only fifteen minutes.

The bright and airy living area is furnished with a plush sofa/futon, sofa chair, ceiling fan, bookshelf filled with titles, and a Smart TV. It also features a dining table that seats up to four people.

The kitchen is completely equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a practical butcher block countertop. All kitchenware is provided, making cooking at home a delightful experience.

The bedroom features all the essentials for a restful night of sleep; a queen-size bed with luxurious linens and pillows, a ceiling fan, and A/C. With its large window, the room has abundant natural light creating a bright and lovely ambiance.

The modern bathroom, accessible by the bedroom, has a tub/shower combination.

This property also has a private and fenced outdoor area, outfitted with chairs, a coffee table, and a BBQ grill. An enjoyable space to gather and relax with refreshing beverages mid-day, or to grill a delicious meal at night!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

Great for a long stay

North Central is perfect for a long stay . The basic things you need are there. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, a bedroom and parking. This property is not fancy. The location is close enough to Colorado Blvd to walk. It’s Very close to the Rose Bowl. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything works. The bathroom has great hot water, a bathtub and storage. In the bedroom there is a closet and a dresser. A good value for Pasadena. We we bring our own linens, but they were available.

We were able to give a cousin a place to stay for two nights with us. Great for two people. Fun to share with the extra person for a night or two. We were able to go for the day and enjoy our vacation, but come home to comfortable living at night. Cute and clean.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and nice, and the everything is clean. They were very accommodating. My only critique is that it can get pretty hot. They had a fan that didn't work and the AC isn't always the best. Wifi was great and the washer/dryer are amazing! We would stay here again!

The kitchen was well stocked. All the furniture were in good condition, and the bed was comfy! There's a nice little patio where you can grill or sit and have a cup of coffee. While I was here they even installed another AC unit in the living room, and it made it so easy to get the apartment the exact temperature I wanted. Having the washer and dryer was very convenient. The street is quiet and close to Old Pasadena. It's also super convenient to take the bus at the end of the street to Colorado Blvd.

We were minutes from the pool.the washer/dryer came I super handy, it as well as the fridge and dishwasher. The place is nice and clean. There's an enclosed front yard that kids can be in.We will book it again next year!

The property manager emailed me with with details on the location, parking and how to enter the property and it all went well. Description on website matched well with the place and it was very clean and well supplied with dishes and utensils. Only things that I found not working was DVD player not connected to TV and CD player not working but this was minor and I really did not need these. I would definitely use the place again if I am visiting this area. I knew the area well and this location was exactly where I wanted to be. For others who does not know the area, It is walking distance from Colorado St where all the restaurants and shopping are. It is about 30-40 mins drive from LA downtown. Angeles National Forest is not too far and there are great hiking trails in the area within 20 mins of driving.

We stayed in this perfect little home for over a week, and felt as "at home" as we could have felt in a city far from home, carting along our newborn baby. The manual is very useful, and the welcome basket was just perfect! Brand new, awesome washer/dryer came in very handy with a newborn! I have severe dust mite allergies and had no problems at all in this bungalow--it appeared to be professionally cleaned. NOTE: The bed mattress is SUPER soft. Finally, good location! The immediate vicinity is not A+++, but a short walk across the highway is the adorable little old town. I ran several miles frequently during our stay without any issues. We also walked to Ralph's, Target, the movies, and Trader Joe's.

I have a 2 and 3yr old and the front gated courtyard was perfect for them to play. The house was fully stocked and I loved that they had a vacuum as well. Everything was great. The only thing was the bedroom does not have a t.v. We were gone most days till late in the evening, so not a big deal for us. We also had to extend by a night and it was not a problem. I liked that we were checked on when we arrived and again the next day to make sure we were satisfied with everything! Great place. We will be back...

Reviewer Comments: I travel for business, and was getting tired of the usual business hotels, and thought I would give this place a try.It is conveniently located and includes parking, and is much more comfortable than a hotel.The only down side is this place is booked up quickly, so I will be going back to staying at business hotels for a while until there's vacancy.

The back 'yard' was very small, however the grill served its purpose. The futon was very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. The only thing it lacked were plastic cups for our little kids. The company even called me to check in and make sure that I did not need anything.
