Joan was absolutely amazing. They immediately communicated and provided a beautiful space that we loved. The complaints on other reviews about smell from the restaurant are misleading. You can smell the restaurant in the staircase but not the apartment. This is such a beautiful retreat after a day seeing the sights and city. Cannot recommend highly enough. Amazing beachfront view and the perfect size.
