Chiado 8 is located at 12, Travessa Joao de Deus, 3rd floor (no lift) in the desirable Chiado quarter, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town. Although in the middle of everything flat is located in a small side street quiet at night.
Chiado 8 is a deluxe apartment. A duplex unit, renovated in 2015, extremely spacious, well equipped (A/C in all rooms), refined, comfortable and bright. Location, layout, superb decoration and equipment put this apartment on top of the existing offer in Lisbon.
Flat occupies two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people with full comfort.
On the lower floor you will find the social area, with a huge living room and dinning area, a second TV and reading room, a well equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (no shower).
On the upper floor you will find the private area. First bedroom is a generous suite, with a king size bed, reading and resting area and private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have nice areas, all with large closets and refined decor.

Entire apartment is a strictly non smoking unit. Chiado 8 is designed for guests who want to stay in the heart of town in a luxury environment.

This flat is a great space for a family or mixed group of travelers. Spacious (except for one of the showers, but that is typical in many European apartments), clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is superb, with plenty of great restaurants within a short walk. Guests should be aware that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, then there is another flight within the apartment to get to the bedrooms. (Those with mobility issues may struggle, but then, they will also struggle in Lisbon/Portugal in general.) We would happily stay here again!

Our family of five loved this 3BR / 2.5 B townhome in Lisbon. Very convenient to the main areas, yet on a side street with less traffic and noise. The host was fantastic, very informative and easy to reach. The place was very clean, well appointed and as described in the listing. This place has a lot of space for Europe and felt very comfortable for our family. We liked the safety of having a locking outer street door along with a great locking setup on the main townhome door. Be aware that you climb flights of stairs to access the unit and lots of hills/stairs in this part of Lisbon. Other than that, highly recommend this place and host.

This was a fantastic spot for our 3 nights in Lisbon with a family of 5 (3 kids). Plenty of space for all, multiple bathrooms, two nice sitting areas and a kitchen with washing machine. Check in was very easy and the location was phenomenal for exploring the city. We would stay here again if we’re fortunate enough to come back to Lisbon

Communication before and during stay was great. Check in very easy as meet by member of staff. Apartment was fabulous and very clean with everything we needed. Great location. Would stay again if visiting Lisbon.
