My husband and I and our 2 adult children enjoyed our 3-night stay at this well maintained, clean apartment. Its old-world charm helped us North Americans get a sense of historic Lisboa. A variety of good, outdoor restaurants were literally just around the corner. We explored the area by walking, by public transportation to Belem, and by a narrated tour of Old Lisboa. I highly recommend this apartment.

Location was perfect for our needs. Near shops and dining. Top notch communication by the host. Elevator was difficult to navigate (but we were happy to have it once we figured it out). Received a quiet notice in our door even though we arrived approx 7PM during normal hours (from the tennant on the floor below?). Despite this we would definitely consider this location for a future stay.

João was the best host we could ever ask for. Always available for questions and literally ran several blocks for meet us since we were lost. I highly recommend staying at this location. Close to everything downtown.We give our experience an excellent.

Great central location near everything we wanted to do. Communications with the host were very good with lots of information shared and very responsive when we had questions. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and more than suited our party of five, and it has air conditioning, which made the hot weather more tolerable. The elevator came in handy for our luggage as the unit is on the third floor. We appreciated the host connecting us with a driver as we landed at the airport very late at night, and he took us right to the VRBO, made sure we had the code for the door and got inside. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. The host was very communicative. Unfortunately the elevator was fickle and we were not confident enough to use it. We did have one other challenge that the host quickly responded to and they satisfactorily addressed the matter. I would stay in this apartment again with the understanding that the elevator is fickle.

Great location. Comfortable for my whole family. We traveled with our daughter, son in law and their kids. The tandem bedroom worked great for them, we had a lovely (carry out) meal at the dining table, which was big enough for the six of us -with the addition of a kitchen chair, and watched World Cup in the comfortable living room.

Our host was very gracious allowing us early entry because our plane arrived in the morning and we just went out and had a nice lunch and came back and the property was cleaning and ready for us. He was very helpful in getting us a tuck tuck tour, pick up at the airport and the tour to sintra which we really enjoyed.Very helpful and I definitely would take his recommendation for Damion for the Tuk Tuk tour

The condo is beautiful, very spacious, kitchen is big for italian standards and well equipped. The building is old, I think 250 years. We love the charm so were able to look past the first set of stairs to an extremely slow elevator. I would definitely stay there again - - the location is great, safe and close to transportation.

The check in was easy and the managers very responsive to any questions. Great location in Baixa with many shops and restaurants nearby. Tw o of us are in our late 80's and our 2 grandkids in their 30's. The first floor has stairs but then there is an elevator to the upper floors. No problem for us. Thank you Martin.

Family of 5 adults and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for all. Charming apartment. Comfortable beds, clean linens. Apartment was very quiet for being in such a great location, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Air conditioning/heating in each room. Great communication with host.

My goodness did we have a fabulous time in Lisbon. Location, Location, location!!From start to finish, one of our best VRBO experiences ever.Airport transfer and tour arrangements were expertly handled. Traveling with my wife and her BFF on our last stop of a month long trip. The flat is warm and inviting. We felt totally at home. Slept well every night and had a fabulous time exploring the area. The girls were totally taken with the antiques and decore, looking several items up online to check them out in detail. Did I mention LOCATION? Everything within walking distance or grab a Tuk-tuk close by if the cobblestones have taken their toll.Absolutely the best!Thanks for making Lisbon such a memorable stop. We'll be back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The air conditioners made strange and disruptive noises which was frustrating at nighttime. The elevator in the hallway also broke the second night of our week long stay and we were unable to use it the rest of the time. The toilet seat was a bit loose but you could still use it. The location was great and we had a great time visiting Lisbon for the first time.

This is an amazing apartment! The space was very welcoming and all of the beds are super comfortable. The air conditioning units in each room were a blessing because we has some very warm days. It was enjoyable to come home from a full day of site seeing to such comfort. Luis was so very helpful with arranging a tuk tuk tour and a tour guided day to Sintra and Cascais which was amazing! This apartment had a lift after the first floor which came in handy with the luggage! The neighborhood was easy walking to restaurants and shops with very little hills. We loved everything about it. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Lots of loud hammering and such as the whole building behind has been gutted and is being renovated right now.
