Comfortable home on a canal w/ new private dock and ramp!
Come relax, play, swim, go fishing, diving, snorkeling in the beautiful Florida Keys. Home is situated on a canal and a private, newly renovated dock to use for your enjoyment. We can recommend rentals, fishing charters, dive boats. Great location convenient to many restaurants and grocery shopping.
Backyard canal is home to birds and manatees.
Monroe County is enforcing a 28 day minimum rental. It's your time, you're welcome to stay longer. It's worth the price however long you stay.
Super cozy and comfortable. Great indoor /outdoor atmosphere. End of the canal with regular visitations by manatees + . Really clean, linens, etc new appliances, couch, and comfortable beds. Everything's there and ready to be enjoyed. Great location with access to diving/snorkeling in Pennecamp Ocean Reef Park or fishing in the ocean or back country in the Everglades National Park. Lots of suggestions available.
