We hated to leave

The condo was bright, quiet and walkable to restaurants with good food and live entertainment. Furnishings and art work were very tasteful. Appliances were modern and updated and The washer/dryer made laundry convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We had everything we needed for our month long stay.

great location

we (2 couples) enjoyed our stay very much, the appartement is really nice, comfortable bedrooms, we loved having our breakfast on the large balcony. brilliant place to start some tours in the keys ( wed did a snorkling tour in key largo and went to key west for a day trip). Juan is a great host, communication was excellent. we can stronly recommend his appartment.

This condo was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, flatware and dishes. TV included cable with HBO. Close to many good restaurants and activities. Highly recommend.

Lovely property

Loved the wrap around porch. We spent the evenings enjoying the live music from our porch. Beds where very comfy and if you like to cook the kitchen is well appointed. But why cook when Skippers is just across the street. Our scuba divers where able to walk to the docks.

Beautiful property; furnished with excellent taste

This property’s appliances are all new. The house is light-filled with brand new shades. It is conveniently located to restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. The view from the balcony is outstanding. Juan, the host, is most accommodating and easy to communicate with. I recommend this property to all comers. 5 stars!

My best winter

Juan was very accommodating. The unit is beautiful and the decks are wonderful. There are several decks which come in very handy. Vaulted living room ceiling provides spacious feel. Will come next year as well

Wonderful Views

We spent time enjoying the view of the canal and listening to music every evening on the deck ! The condo is close to several restaurants and bars . We really enjoyed kayaking at John Pennekamp State Park . My husband and son dove the Christ of the Abyss and a wreck with rainbow divers! After long busy days we where very pleased with the comfortable beds . Thanks Juan

Great Location at a Great Price

We stayed at the property for several days while diving with Ocean Divers. PERFECT location -- we walked to the dive shop each morning. We were able to enjoy the balcony in the evenings - there is a ceiling fan on the balcony to help with air movement. Would recommend to others - easily sleeps 4 (our group consisted of 2 couples). The only issues we encountered was not enough lighting in some areas of the condo and a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but it wouldn't change my mind to return!

We loved this property. Cute and well sized and well appointed. I am a scuba diver- there is a dive shop 400 feet from the property. Two restaurants 400 feet away. Great location on the island. We almost forgot to use the pool and hot tube- but we did squuze in a soak one evening.

Great condo in wonderful location

Our 4 night stay was overall very, very nice. Condo is comfortable, updated and spacious. The location was awesome, we were able to dock our boat right outside the condo. Very secluded and safe. Just be prepared to carry groceries, suitcases, etc up to the 3rd floor! Great exercise! Fuel for boat was just around the next canal and the reefs we snorkeled at were beautiful. Owner was very responsive and nice to deal with. We will definitely be back! Would highly recommend this condo for a Keys vacation.

Great for boaters

Lovely, spacious condo. We were two couples traveling together and it worked well for us. Comfortable beds, big balcony. Being able to rent a boat slip nearby was the main reason we chose this condo. We had to use a ramp several miles away at Harry Harris Park, but once we put the boat in the water, we we able to keep it in the canal right behind the condo. The run out to the beautiful snorkeling reefs was easy from this location. There are two restaurant/bars within walking distance, and lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive. Loved our week in Key Largo!

Amazing Stay

I worked remotely from Juan's condo for a month and it was a very enjoyable experience. The apartment location is great! We enjoyed walking up and down all of the nearby canals after a long day of work. It is in a safe neighborhood around many local (and delicious!) restaurants. We had a car, but we loved that we could just walk to many places. The condo is spacious and was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo community is kept up very neat! We loved going to the pool on the weekends to cool off and became friends with some of the others in the community. Juan is a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back in the future!

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The condo is in a private community close to everything. You can stay at the condo and relax on your deck or walk a short distance to the pool. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The outside deck was especially nice. Many evenings bands from the local restaurants were heard playing from the deck. There are restaurants and marina in close walking distance from the condo. Also, there is lots to do in and around Key Largo. We drove up and down US 1 and were able to experience the keys. We visited different beaches, state parks, off shore fishing, day trip to Key West and another north to the Everglades. We enjoyed our stay in this cottage and can't wait to return.

Relaxation

We had 6 adults staying in the second floor villa. It was absolutely amazing to wake up to palm trees every morning. The master room/bed is amazing and the guest room has a full and a twin bed. The sofa was also comfortable to stay on. Upon arrival, we noticed that the lights in the bathrooms did not work, big problem for a bunch of women getting ready for a friend's wedding. The owner, Juan, was on top of the situation in an attempt to immediately resolve the issue. He was always available when needed and the villa provided everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant across the street was amazing. I would not only recommend this property to others, but also stay there again myself.
