Villa Belmaré, 2 bathrooms, heated swimming pool 8/4m Apr to All Saints vacations!

Ideally located, our villa, on one level, without vis-à-vis, and completely renovated in 2019, allows you to relax in peace while being close to the port (500m) and the beach (350m). The superb thalassotherapy center Le Richelieu is 350 m from the house for those who want to do some care during their stay.
A closed courtyard allows to park 2 vehicles in the enclosure and your bicycles.
The outdoor living space is at the back of the house with a wooden deck. You can relax by the south-facing swimming pool, which is heated from April holidays to All Saints' Day, depending on the weather.
On the side of the house, a plancha is at your disposal.
Our villa includes a large living room, with its open kitchen, dining room, lounge with TV, and 2 sofas. We have installed a relaxation area under the veranda where meridian and small round table will allow you to relax, read, draw ... Our dining room table is 2.5 m and can easily accommodate 10/12 people. You will also be able to use the portable bluetooth speaker that we put at your disposal.
The sleeping area, well isolated from the main living space, can accommodate 6 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. It has 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a shower room and a bathroom / shower. The bathtub can be very useful when you have children. On the practical side, a second toilet is located in the day space of the house at the entrance.

- Bedroom 3: bunk bed children 3 beds 90 by 190 (the sleeping height is from 6 years), a wardrobe with lockers and a wardrobe, view courtyard entrance.
- Bedroom 4: 160 x 200 bed, possibility to convert into 2 single beds separated from 80 by 200, 2 bedside tables, a dresser, a clothes rack with hangers to hang your clothes, pool view.
For those who love absolute black, in addition to shutters, we added blackout curtains in every room.

Not being there, Charlotte, who takes care of all the housekeeping, will welcome you and explain the operation of the appliances in the house.

No Smoking,
No party to respect the calm and the quality of the place.
No animals.
Charlotte will welcome you at the villa between 16h and 20h, the departure will be before 10h.
Insurance: you must contract with your insurance company, a comprehensive insurance to protect you against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)
Deposit: we ask you a security deposit of 2300 € upon validation of the reservation by check of deposit signed to the order of the lessor. We will return it to you at the latest 1 month after your departure.
