About this property

House feet in the water

Located in the marina Port-Ripaille, this house can comfortably accommodate an XL family up to 5 children for an unforgettable holiday.

The house includes a parking space, a private pontoon for a sailboat up to 12m, an east facing terrace with jacuzzi 3 places, a veranda, a kitchen open to the living room (TV, DVD, Wii) and a dining area.
On the floor, the distribution is the following one:
-Bathroom with washing machine, sink and small tub / shower. Separate WC.
Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, travel cot and a large wardrobe. from this room, access to a west-facing terrace with a small view of the lake (see photo)
Bedroom 2: a single bed, a desk and a small wardrobe. Window with mosquito net on the east side (view on the marina).
Bedroom 3: Closet, desk and small sofa bed 2 places. Window with mosquito net on the east side. Access by a ladder of sucker to a mezzanine including a double bed of 140x200. From this mezzanine is accessed by a hatch at the top that have been converted (with velux) into dormitories for children (4 beds).
The equipment of the owner is available against good care: Stand-up paddle, bicycles, roller skates, fishing rods, beach equipment, board games .... this list does not engage the lessor. Inquire before your arrival if you have a specific request.
The precise location and access to the house is given by mail a week before your arrival, it is located in a dead end street at 3-4 minutes walk from the beach.

 The terrace overlooks the marina and is not secure. Children who can not swim or are not under the constant supervision of an adult will wear a lifejacket (available).

Super séjour dans un emplacement unique

Bercé au bruit des oiseaux, maison très fonctionnelle, la vie les pieds dans l’eau. Propriétaire très sympa et avenant. Se rend disponible et arrangeant sur tous les sujets. A recommander !

Maison bien decoree, propre dans un cadre idyllique pour amateurs de nautisme

Maison propre, décorée au gout du jour. Terrasse cosy et espace bien optimisé. Hôte disponible et sympathique. Cadre parfait pour les fans de nautisme. Maison tres bien équipée. Nous avons passé de supers vacances.

Les pieds dans l‘eau

Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser in der Lagune, die sehr ruhig ist. Es hat alles was man braucht, ist dank Wintergarten und Whirlpool auch bei weniger schönem Wetter ideal und ist an idealer Lage für Ausflüge - wenn man wenn überhaupt hier weg will. Super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke

A lovely week in Ripaille

Had a great stay at Cedric’s property. The house has everything needed and is in a great location for the beach. Would recommend taking scooters and/bikes to get to the clubhouse easily.

Belle villa, très bien située au sein de la résidence de Port Ripaille. Gîte propre et très agréable. Seul bémol à notre goût: trop de photos et d'effets personnels des propriétaires. On a du coup un peu de mal à se sentir vraiment "chez soi" et à trouver un peu de place dans les armoires.

Maison cool mais pour famille

C’était bien l’ensemble juste que il règle lui même les radiateurs du coup dans les chambre il faisait super froid ou super chaud, là plus part de la vaisselle étais salle et puis l’eau chaude il y en avais pas en fin de journée car dans le levier de la cuisine il y avais pas d’eau froide il y avais que de l’eau super chaude donc impossible de laver à la maison la vaisselle... il y a une vrai chambre le reste c’est une espèce de mezzanine vraiment pour enfants pour y accéder moi avec 1m60 devais être à 4 pâtes et vraiment très bah attention la tête.. mais l’ensemble étais bien pour un séjour voilà merci
