Perfect Speedway location for the track, main street fun and 10 minutes to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil and Convention Center. Spacious backyard with fire pit.
5 minute walk to the IMS main gate or to Main Street.
Fully furnished - all kitchen and bedding needs, coffee machine and wifi. 2 Amazon Fire TV containing netflix, sling, hulu, prime and all the major apps.

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of a lot of restaurants as well as the track. Way better than staying in a hotel. Will be back!

Great Location; Clean Home

I was very impressed with our stay over the weekend. It was a perfect location for going back and forth between downtown Indy. The house was clean and offered plenty of places to sleep for 7 guests. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This house is adorable and was the perfect location for some of my friends to get together. The owners were awesome and communicated well. The house was clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Family Weekend

We enjoyed our time in Indianapolis. We got to visit friends and family. We really loved the neighborhood we were in. It was very 1950s with neighbors coming out on there porches to say hello. The VRO was as expected, warm and inviting. We hope to come again.

Very Nice and Lovely Stay

We were pleased with our stay. We liked that the house was nicely decorated, in a good neighborhood and the owners were very responsive. The only negative experience is that the house needs to be professionally cleaned. There was an unpleasant odor when we arrived and when we made the owner aware, they responded quickly and was ready to remedy the problem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and if we are in Indianapolis again, we will try to reserve this house.

Everything was good , the place spotless , great neighborhood , access to restaurants , downtown and the track . The only bad thing was the refrigerator door didn’t close completely not keeping things cold.

The neighborhood was quiet. The garage was not available for use by guests, but I did not have any problems with my car parked in the driveway. Good location.

Charline used our place to take a shower then complained that the beds weren't made and the place hadn't been cleaned. All inaccurate statements. Charline never left specifics of what was not clean and after looking at the place after she checked out her claims seem invalid. She sent a vague text saying she showered and was leaving. If something is not up to standard at our property we appreciate the chance to make it right for our guests Hopefully our track record speaks for itself when you consider our property.

Comfy house with nice backyard in quiet Speedway close restaurants

Comfy, cosy house, with nice backyard with outdoor seating and enclosed, well furnished front porch on quiet street in Speedway short walk to Mainstream restaurants. Couches and armchairs were very comfortable. The bathroom and bedrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable but on the soft side. We didn't use the kitchen much. We got takeout from nearby restaurants, Dawson's on Main, Taco and Tequila, BBQ and Bourbon, and great donut, coffee and Tamales at Mama Ines.

Everything was great we had wonderful time. Fire pit was huge plus. Great communication with owner, he was very nice and accommodating. Only disappointments was TV in the house and no sofa bed but couches big enough to sleep on. Thanks for a wonderful weekend

Quarantine Birthday

Our stay was wonderful!! We had to cancel birthday plans for my daughter and found this calm oasis and we enjoyed every minute of it! The fire pit and quiet neighborhood was perfect for a summer night! Of course the home feeling being away from home was awesome. You won't be disappointed with your stay!
