Welcome to my spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home to the legendary Indy 500. Spread across 2,900 square feet,this expansive house offers ample space for families and groups. New Pictures are coming soon featuring the bedrooms and entertainment area.

The entertainment area is in the basement, where you’ll find a large bar, pool table, and dartboard along with a Smart TV to enjoy.

Great House and location

Plenty of room here for 3 adult couples. We enjoyed the fire pit each night and living area inside was large enough for all of us. We will stay again for sure.

Great stay in Indy.

The host was fabulous and very responsive. I wish the bedrooms had lights on the nightstands and towel racks in the bathroom upstairs. Not a big deal at all, but a toaster in rhe kitchen would be nice. Overall our stay was really great.

When we arrived to the house we instantly noticed that there were holes in the walls and hairs still in the sheets when I reached out I was told I can wash them or see if there were other covers in the dryer. Also there were black hairs in the bathroom tub and when I had mentioned that I didn’t get a reply until the day later stating that the cleaning team had already came and cleaned everything prior to me coming. I didn’t get pictures of the tub because I was focused on washing it out and I ended up washing the bed sheets on my own when that should’ve been done prior to me arriving?

I stayed at my home the week prior to Trinitee. The house was left in tip top shape other than a few holes in the wall, which are now fixed. Trinitee and her party group left marijuana throughout the house, ashes everywhere after smoking in the house and also left the gas burner on the stove on filling the house with gas for 24 hours until my cleaner arrived. By far the worst guests I have ever had and I don’t wish them on any other host. Her complaints were nothing more than looking for discounts from the start.
