Enjoy this beautiful second floor 3-bedroom (1 bedroom being the loft), 3-bath condo -in Ocean View's amenity-filled Bear Trap Dunes golf community! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay. Just a stroll to the amenities at the Pavilion, beach shuttle during summer months, with its pools, tennis, playground and fitness center. this spacious floor plan features a generous 1,941 square feet of space to enjoy your vacation. There is a FEE to purchase weekly quest badges for the activities for all those over the age of 4 paid directly to the resort. You may pick up your badges at the Pavilion. This gives you full use of the pools, gym, tennis courts and basketball courts.

The door is equipped with a keypad door lock. You will need to bring your own linens and towels. There are linen services available in the local area one that is located close is Gail Force Rentals.

Spot on for Family Beach Vacation

Great place! The kids can use the Pool and other amenities. Double check to know the age restrictions so everyone knows what to expect. the Weekly pass can be worth it after you dona self evaluation Day at the bbeach... drop stuff off in the Morning then shuttle back and forth. save the $$ parking. The owner was great! we had a SNAFU with the web booking and he was great to work it out.

This was a home away from home.

Overall a great experience of feeling at home. Place was super clean which is definitely a plus for me because I am picky. Quite neighborhood. The only thing that I can say was a downfall was that they do not have parking permits (passes) to park near the beach (we paid for parking). Although shuttles were available-the process seemed inconvenient and costly due to having to get a residential pass (you pay for) plus 45 min rides when beach is only 9 mins away.

The weekly guest passes not only include the shuttle but all other activities including the pools, hot tub, gym, sauna and sport courts. Not certain as you indicate a 45 minute shuttle trip when you decided not to use the shuttle. Leaving from the pavilion the shuttle is a short non stop ride to the beach. Enjoyed our stay, amenities were just right for the children. Owner's suggestions on restaurants were all on point. Owner was co-operative and informative with dialogue during the rental process. Special request - My daughter left her 4 year old daughter's bathing suits behind, she thinks in the middle drawer in the Master Bedroom. Is there some way you can check on that? We would gladly make arrangements and pay for shipping to her address. We would really appreciate that. Thank you

Great Property In a Great Neighborhood

The townhouse was very clean and in very good shape. We really enjoyed the screened in balcony area. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. I do prefer a coffee maker over a Keurig, but it makes coffee just fine. As stated in the description, linens were not included but we used gale force rentals which is located about 5 minutes away so no need to pay extra for delivery.The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Kenneth is an excellent host and was quick to respond with any inquiries. The pool is nice and well kept, as well as the playground, tennis courts, etc... There's also a shuttle that takes you to the beach and area shops/restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and I'd highly recommend this property. My family and I had a great time there.

2021 Beach trip

Greetings and thank you for your interest in my family’s Bethany Beach Home at Bear Trap Dunes. When I vacationed here several years ago it was love at first site. You will love our beach decorated condo with all new bedding throughout. Our home is a short trip to several Delaware beaches including Ocean City, Maryland. During your stay you will enjoy the sunny and clean beaches, tax-free shopping, superb local restaurants, parks, fishing, boating, sports, local theater, etc. You can even find the wild horses of Assateague a short drive away. If you decide to use the amenities at the resort you will have access to multiple pools, hot tub, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground. Badge prices vary per season of the year. Oh and make a tee time at the 27 hole golf course! Great Happy Hour and food at the Resort Restaurant!
