Villa near Calonge adjacent to wooded conservation area, has stunning panoramic views to the sea, vineyards and surrounding hills, facing East, South and West. Situated in quiet cul de sac with ample level car parking and one step to the front door. Private pool, terraces and outside kitchen BBQ area, large living dining area and separate sun, British,German,French satellite TV
room. By car 5 minutes to large supermarket, 90 minutes to Barcelona airport, 30 minutes to Girona airport and 60
minutes to the French border. 10 minutes to fantastic local beaches, good restaurants, great shopping . Year round sports:golf, sailing, tennis, cycling and tremendous hill and coastal walks. Many local markets and easy to get to Dali country : Figueres Pubol and Cadaques. Near to pretty hill top villages; Pals, Bezalu and Begur. Close to the La Bisbal major centre noted for its ceramique pots.

nice house with a great view

indeed the house requires some maintenance but its kind of typical for these kind of houses i would say. Location is great, especially off season when parking at the coast is free and easy when you want to visit the beach. there are a lot of games and books available in the house as well as a all the english tv channels. but who wants to watch the tv with such a view of the surroundings. You do need a car to get around as the hill the house is build on is rather steep

We spent a lovely 8 days here..our home from home,the villa perched high on a hill overlooking the sea was wonderful, books a plenty, inflatables for the pool, well equipped kitchen with lots of basics like sugar olive oil etc. Lots to do locally and we found Palamos fab to walk around by day and night. But the villa is a great base to go all over the place. Local places to go are all in the guide book in the villa too..we like sa Tuna beach and a great restaurant was de ora in Colonge. Overall it was everything we wanted and more...Thanks for everything.

Wunderbare Panoramasicht

Das Haus ist dem Preis entsprechend gut. Die Aussicht vom "Adlerhorst" ist fantastisch. Alles ist vorhanden, sehr gut ist wegen der starken Winde der verglaste Anbau.Der Garten könnte eine Grundpflege gebrauchen, dies hat jedoch nicht weiter gestört.Zu beachten sind die Bauarbeiten, die Ende Mai 25 im übernächsten Grundstück gestartet haben. Die Region bietet wunderbare Ausflugsziele und zahlreiche Bademöglichkeiten.

Mooie rustige ligging in doodlopende straat. Fantastisch uitzicht. Huis groter dan foto’s doen vermoeden. Alles aanwezig. Enkel zijn de bedden van de benedenverdieping aan vervanging toe. Wij komen hier nog terug.

Nette woning maar heeft wat liefde nodig uitzicht voortreffelijk

Wij hebben de eerste dagen moeten wennen aan de hitte. Helaas waren er veel luiken kapot waardoor het erg warm was in huis. Airco zou niet vervelend zijn. Er ging een ventilator stuk en dezelfde dag werd er een nieuwe gebracht dus perfect geregeld. Er was een lampenkap kapot en daar hebben we zelf een nieuwe voor gekocht. Zwembad heerlijk en uitzicht bizar mooi. Het huis heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig. Even als eigenaar een weekje erin en kijken wat er vernieuwd en gerepareerd moet worden. Als dit in orde is kome. Wij zeker terug. Maar zonder de luiken in de keuken en alle alaapkamers helaas niet. Wij hebben zeker deze vakantie genoten!

Was für ein Ausblick!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Eagle's Nest, das sehr viel größer und geräumiger ist, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Tolle Terrassen und Balkone, alle mit einfach nur atemberaubender Aussicht, ein wunderschöner und geräumiger Pool und eine reiche Ausstattung bieten die Basis für den perfekten Familienurlaub. Dass das Haus nicht mehr ganz neu ist und an der einen oder anderen Stelle ein wenig Arbeit erforderlich ist, haben wir als unproblematisch empfunden, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat ein tolles Team vor Ort, das sich sehr schnell und unkompliziert um die Problemlösung gekümmert hat, als das Wasser wegen extremer Arbeiten zu wenig Druck hatte. Kaum angerufen, waren die Handwerker da und das Wasser lief wieder. Alles in allem eine echte Empfehlung!

Fixtures and fittings tired and in need of repair or replacement, several shutters were broken. Pool was green and unusable for 3 days. Bed linen shabby. Kitchen equipment broken and glasses not clean. Dishwasher not cleaning. Toilet in upstairs bedroom, no water supply. Outside tiles dirty. Superb view.

Vue d'aigle

situé dans une impasse sur un flanc de colline. L'hébergement offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et le lever du soleil. L'endroit est calme Se situe à 5min de l'autoroute en voiture. Le seul défaut est l'entrée du garage qui n'est pas adapté au longue voiture. Mais cela ne pose pas de problème vu que l'impasse peu frequenté.

Stunning view

We spent 3 weeks in the eagles nest and everything was uncomplicated. Due to corona we may have been the first guests for weeks and a little cleaning was necessary. The view was perfect so was the quiet neighborhood. The house was even slightly larger then expected. Some furnitures inside and outside should be replaced in the near future but for us it was absolutely fine. We come to Calonge on a regular basis and this is definitely a recommendable place to stay. Hope to come back next year.

My perfect holiday!

This was a long awaited holiday after having to cancel the booking the year before due to a family illness. This is the 5th time that we have booked a villa for our holiday and it was the best! The location is amazing! We live in the Lake District and are used to fantastic views but the view from the villa, looking out to the sea is really spectacular. The location is great too. Although we were there to just chill, relax, enjoy the sunshine and do very little, we visited some of the local beaches, shops and markets where everyone was so friendly. The locals in Calonge soon got to know us and were very welcoming. The villa was spotless and had everything you would have at home and more with lots of towels, bed linen, an extensive collection of books and DVD's and a well equipped kitchen. The tower, ensuite bedroom is everything you could wish for and even has it's own terrace where we sat each night to appreciate the view and tranquility with a last drink. Fantastic pool with lots of inflatables to enjoy and fall asleep on! Will definitely book the villa again.

Genieten van een heerlijke vakantie

Na een rit van 15 uur hebben wij 2 weken heerlijk mogen genieten van deze prachtige vakantie woning en mooie omgeving. We hebben ons geen dag verveeld. De prachtige stranden het lekkere eten. En elke avond was er wel wat te doen aan de boulevard. Waaronder gezellige markten, Spaans dansen, Kermis voor de kleintjes.En volle restaurants en terrasjes. Ook ons huis op was top alles erop en eraan. Omdat we op het topje van de berg zaten hadden we s`avond een prachtig uitzicht en veel privacy. Het zwembad was super als we een dagje geen zin hadden om weg te gaan gingen we lekker bij het zwembad liggen voor verkoeling. Een echte aanrader voor mensen die houden van zon, zee, strand, privacy, Lekker eten en gewoon willen genieten. Dankjewel voor deze fantastische vakantie in Palamos
