Located in an exclusive gated community along the Pacific Coast Highway, this downstairs unit has 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The deck sits about 20 feet above sea level and provides you with a front row view of the Pacific Ocean.
There is no access to the beach from the house. Access to the beach is a 5min. walk (.2miles) to Capistrano Beach Park. Please do not trespass on the neighbor's property to access the beach,
This private community is conveniently located between Dana Point Harbor and the charming community of San Clemente. Quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, water sport activities and southern California theme parks makes this an ideal location for you and your guests.
This downstairs level unit has a well-equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances necessary to prepare your own meals, as well as a convenient BBQ grill on the spacious patio. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 king , 1 queen), and 3 bathrooms. Bed linens and bath towels are also supplied as well as a fully supplied shared washer/dryer. In addition, the comfortable living area is equipped with a TV, cable, phone and WIFI internet service to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The dining area seats up to 6 people and provides a perfect spot to view the ocean and enjoy the famous Southern California ocean breeze.

No smoking or pets are allowed inside the property.
This property, as most properties along the coast, does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a forced air heater for the colder months.
This unit is located in a quiet neighborhood and excessive noise is not tolerated.
Bonfires are not permitted on the property due to a city ordinance.
City of Dana Point Permit No: STR14-0108. In accordance with the City of Dana Point Short Term Rental Ordinance 21-02, we are required to collect the name, phone number, address, and driver's license number of the primary contact prior to your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty water from the coffee k-cup water reservoir if used.
- Close all windows and sliding glass doors and replace security sticks.
- Turn down the thermostat to 55. (No air conditioner in the unit.)
- Clean the BBQ grill to be ready to use by the next guest. Place cover over the BBQ grill.
- Clean and return sand toys and beach chairs to original storage location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
