Newly remodeled condo with mountain & golf course views, and pet friendly

This newly remodeled home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, and 2-car garage. This home has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen floor plan with a kitchen island for additional seating. This home is fully furnished with many upgrades, including total new kitchen and appliances, flat screen TV's, cable and internet access, high vaulted ceilings, and granite counter tops. The back patio has two motorized awnings, a BBQ, is gated. You are just steps from two pools, and have access to over 40 pools and jacuzzis. The back patio faces a large greenbelt and has beautiful sunset and mountain views.

The Lakes CC has over 40 community pools meandering a beautiful golf course with the mountains in the background. The beautiful Lakes Country Club has a 50,000 SF Clubhouse with a sports grill that is open daily. The club facilities include a full fitness center, tennis, paddleball, pickleball, and golf is available on a daily fee basis at the Club if accompanied by member.

This property is a ten-minute drive to the El Paseo dining and shopping district.

PLEASE NOTE: We changed one of the bedrooms to be a mancave with a full-size recliner, coffee table, credenza and big screen TV. This leaves the condo with only two bedrooms, but we can easily change it back to a three bedroom condo for any tenant staying for four months or more.

Beautiful!

Exceptional home. Such a treat to stay in this newly renovated property. Almost everything is new. The place is very clean and very well appointed. The back deck is by a green so not much privacy but it is fun to have a quick hello with the golfers as they go by. The view from the deck over the fairways with the mountains in the backdrop is quite beautiful. There are two pools located within stepping distance. The gated community is very pretty and we greatly enjoyed walking the property and admiring the trees and flowers.

The Lakes

Refrigerator water dispenser was broken and there was no mention of this or attempt to fix it. My wife and I developed a rash after the second day that didn’t go away until several days after leaving the property. We think it was the laundry soap or bugs Owner refused to respond when asked for some consideration for us having to leave one week into our 4 week stay because of the COVID 19. Everything was closed including the golf courses, exercise faculties and restaurants . I guess the COVID 19 didn’t affect them - they got their money. No point in sharing a bit of the hardship if you don’t have to.

We couldn't rent out any of your unused days because VRBO blocked those days for you. We rely on our tenant's payment to make our mortgage payment. You chose to leave early saying it was better to be at your home if you do get sick. That was a good safe decision, but it was your choice. Then a month later you requested a partial refund and leave us a bad review. How do you know this COVID-19 did not affect us? We wish you good health. Take care and stay safe.
