Great location in Stonebridge country club just a few miles from the beach
Gated golf community located in North Naples at the Immokalee Road and Airport Pulling Intersection making it very easy to get to any part of town. Two pools available, one across the street in the Carrington community and one at the main clubhouse (that also has a hot tub). You can have a nice sit down dinner at the club, or a relaxing meal at the downstairs grill. Access to the driving range, golf, tennis courts and exercise facility are available with membership transfer at an additional cost.
It is located 3 miles from Vanderbilt Beach. Surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and Performing Arts Centre at The Waterside Shops and Mercato. Only a few miles from Downtown Naples where you will enjoy the Naples Pier, Fifth Avenue and Third Street for activities, great shops and many fabulous restaurants.
The condo is located on the second floor, tastefully furnished with a screened in lanai with a beautiful view overlooking a pond and the #14 Fairway. A covered carport is also provided. The master bedroom has a king bed , flatscreen TV, dressers, large walk-in closet and a large master bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a walk-in closet with an adjoining bathroom with tub. The living area has a 65 in HDTV and, couch and relaxing chairs. There is also a large dining room table and chairs. The Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in or you can use the communal barbecue located steps away from the condo in the community pool area.
Rental will require a $100 HOA application, $40/person background check and a contract between renter and owner for a minimum of 30 days stay.
