This beautiful spacious open and airy Condo in Naples Florida has two bedrooms and two full baths and is completely stocked and ready for you to relax. You will feel that you have entered a world of peace and tranquility from the moment you walk in.

The condo has high ceilings 9' giving it an open and airy feeling. The queen bed in the master has a new mattress and a large walk-in closet. The condo is well decorated with two sunny windows with plantation shutters overlooking palm trees and a waterscape. The large master bath off the bedroom features an oversized tub, two sinks and a separate shower stall.
The guest bedroom has two new twin beds with separate full bathroom.
The spacious living room is furnished with a large lanai surrounded by panoramic tropical views.
The dining area seats 6 and is open to a large updated kitchen, which includes a microwave and a coffee maker. There is an attached garage and visitor parking is a very short walk away. The beach is a short Pelican Bay tram shuttle ride away or a 5 minute drive.
Two bikes are included
As a guest at L'Ambiance you enjoy full access to all the amenities of Pelican Bay including 18 tennis courts, shuttle tram to the 2 1/2 miles of private beach through pristine mangroves, beach chairs, beachside restaurants & bars, kayaking, and biking along a 2.5 mile scenic trail. Kayaking, fishing & boating are all close by.
You can walk to the community center, tennis facilities, spa, fitness center, a Collier County library as well as the grocery store and all of the shops at Marketplace at Pelican Bay. In addition, the Pavilion shopping center is just across Vanderbilt Beach Road which offers restaurants, cafes, shops, a movie theater, bike shop, dry cleaner and much more. Nearby Mercato is the latest hotspot for more restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife as well as Whole Foods. Lovely property in convenient complex that is part of the beautiful Pelican Bay community.

Fabulous! One issue in SW FL this April was the red tide on the beaches. We still got to enjoy several beach days and were able to use the pool when we weren’t golfing, shopping, visiting friends, or dining out.
