The property was in a great spot for needing to walk back and forth to the bars. In the future it may be a nice idea to add curtains to the windows as it gets very bright when cars are driving past or if a child is needing to take a nap. Otherwise everything was great! Quiet area, quiet neighbors.

I wasn’t there the first few days since I stayed with my son and daughter in law as they welcomed their first child. The space is very cute and comfortable for us two new new grandmas to get some rest. My only complaint is to ask the tenants above to tighten their bed frame and buy some WD-40.

Manhattan at its finest!

Our intention was to visit KSU for our final visit before our son attends in the fall of 2024 and give him the college lifestyle after his Freshman year and this property hit on all points. Loved the location to campus and Aggieville, community feel and the property was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a stay of a few days to weeks, highly recommended.

The place was nice to stay in and I appreciate that it was pet friendly. I found lots of random things that hadn’t been cleaned prior to me arriving such as nerf gun darts underneath the bed and other random items. Additionally, I was not told when pest control was coming into the apartment the first time which was concerning for my cat. I also had an issue getting access to the mail and communicating with the host. I understand not being able to access a mailbox as this is a VRBO property, but I stayed as a guest from May to August and had to spend an additional 80 to get a nearby PO Box. Additionally, before arriving, I contacted the host multiple times about things to bring and what to expect, and never got a response. I had to contact VRBO to get ahold of her. Even with the mishaps that occurred, I’m still grateful I was able to find a place that was fully furnished, had air conditioning, and was pet friendly to stay in for the summer.

Quaint Place

My experience was short and sweet. It was perfect for a night away for work. I did find it odd that there were new closet doors (in package) set in the bedroom.

I apologize for the new closet doors, we were in the process of changing two sets of closet doors in two separate suites and my tech thought you were checking into the other suite. That is our fault! I bet that was odd! Whoops! Please accept our apologies, come back and stay anytime, and I promise we won't have any new closet door sets just hanging around in your suite. Great location close to campus! Great communication with property manager. The building is old and the hallways are sort of dark and needed attention. The apt was very clean but quite dated. I thought of the places my kids lived while they were in college. It was equipped with everything we needed!

Great affordable stay in close proximity to K-State and Aggieville

We recently moved to Manhattan, KS connected to a job at the University and are living in temporary housing. This Aggieville hideaway was a great option for a place to stay for our college age son who came to visit us over the winter break from his college in Pennsylvania. He really enjoyed it! It gave him some privacy and wiggle room (now that he is used to living on his own) and he loved the proximity to Aggieville and the taste of life as a K-Stater that he experienced during his visit. Thank you for your hospitality!
