Enjoyed our stay. Checking in was a breeze and the property managers were in constant contact which was appreciated. We stayed during our sons sporting tournament and found this much more affordable and comfortable then a hotel. Thank you again! Hope to visit again soon!!

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. Not that far from the airport, shopping mall, downtown Spokane and local grocery stores. Great location for families looking to an rent affordable stay with great amenities. My only complaint would be the blinds in tw rooms need repair or replacement, the toilet needed a quick cleaning and the comforters needed washing.
Otherwise I would recommend this property from others and rent this location again.

Close to downtown, clean
This place is close to the Spokane Convention Center, The Podium, Gonzaga, etc. - easy drive to these places. The specific street that it's on is not so nice - the houses nearby are pretty shabby. However, there was nothing that struck me as unsafe. Because it's an apartment setup, if you're running to your car to get something, to have to leave two doors unlocked. But the keycode locks worked well.
Inside, the place is not very big. There is not really a kitchen table per se, just a tall table that's awkwardly place in the living room and that didn't fit well in the kitchen either. The place is clean (maybe too clean - smelled strongly like Febreeze). The beds are comfortable and bedding seemed pretty new. The kitchen appliances seemed mostly pretty new. The wi-fi was solid. The bathroom is really small but the water warmed up quickly and there's good water pressure.
A few minor improvements would help a lot. The icemaker was not working (reported to property owner but not addressed during our stay) and there is no ice tray, so we had to go to 7-11 to buy ice. There is no wine opener. The bowls are all plastic. The checkout instructions on the wall said we didn't have to do anything while the owner e-mailed us with a short list of to-do's (which was no problem but would be nice if there was a consistent set of checkout instructions). A shelf or other way to get more bathroom space to set toiletries would be a good upgrade.
Overall not a bad place, and great proximity to downtown. Definitely more of a budget stay.
Opject of our stay was to be close to the podium where our son was competing at usatf indoor championship. It was fairly priced & within minutes from the podium

The location is near downtown. The check-in process was a breeze and the space was fresh and well stocked. Jeff was an excellent communicator. I’d definitely stay in one of Jeff’s properties on a future trip to Spokane.
This property is simple, easy to get to, not but a couple blocks from downtown, and grocery stores, restaurants etc. Stocked with the essentials too.

The rental was a nice place for all of us to be able to be comfortable. It was in an area where you definitely do not want to leave car unlocked. People would park and hangout for hours and never enter a residence. The rental wasn't cleaned before we entered. The floors were very dirty. Food and sticky residue randomly on linoleum. The shower wasn't scrubbed clean either.
However the management was very nice to deal with and was always prompt when I messaged. I only gave 3 stars because of cleanliness.
We enjoyed our little holiday home away from home. It was neat, clean and cozy. Because we couldn't dine out, we prepared all our meals there and found the kitchen to be adequately equipped for even a traditional turkey dinner. We also discovered a wonderful walking area very close by in Kendall Yards. Would definitely stay here again.
Jeff’s place was perfect for my best friend and I for our “girls’ trip”. Centrally located with easy access to the arena and downtown Spokane. The apartment was clean, stocked with all of the necessary supplies, and the beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay here again, even with my husband and children. Thank you, Jeff for your hospitality.
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well kept, cozy and quiet. It's minutes from downtown and many wonderful restaurants and the Riverfront area. When we return to Spokane we will surely keep this little gem in our back pocket. Jeff was responsive to our needs and concerns.
You can tell this property has been newly renovated, because everything was bright and beautiful. Clean carpet, new kitchen, it was awesome! Easily accessible and was cozy. The only negative is that there was not a kitchen table for us to sit at as a family, but it was fun to sit around the coffee table on vacation! They also provided small fold-up tables, so it all worked out! The place was comfortable and large! We loved it.
