All beds are new and are either hybrid or memory foam beds. Kitchen table accommodates 6+ chairs. The home has central A/C and is equipped with a tankless water heater to ensure everyone gets a hot shower.
Just a few miles from the Spokane River and Riverside State Parks Bowl and Pitcher with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails and the paved Centennial Trail. We are also just a 1/2 mile from the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex, BMX Spokane race track, Joe Albi Skate Park and the VA Hospital.
