Everything was great!

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! It felt like home away from home, even with the location being in “felony flats” we still felt safe! The extra security of the lock’s automatically locking after a few moments was a reassuring feeling! We will most definitely book again!

Overall, very nice stay. Neighborhood was a bit shady, but no issues. Just so you know, the short table in the living room, was very loose. Probably needs to be tightened up. Very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. It was very close to everything.

was super cute place, bedrooms were nice with AC and the couch was a pull out which was great, they provided cleaning supplies and we had ice there too which was super nice for hot days. would stay here again!

Just don't do it. We were misled by the good reviews for this place. The room may be fine, but the neighborhood is extremely unsafe. We were travelling with children and had to get other accommodations once we saw where it was. My MIL who lives in Spokane says the locals call the area "Felony Flats," and that there have been shootings in the area recently. We saw some very interesting folks on the street as well. They would not refund our money, so it was a very expensive lesson learned.

Visiting son at Gonzaga

We visited our son who is at Gonzaga U. The property was close to the campus (about 1 mile away). Very clean. A little sparse in some of the items in the home, but otherwise good for our family of 5. There is only one TV and there is not a dining room table. The surrounding area is a bit run down, but we did not have any issues. The neighborhood was quite while we were there.

It was nice. We stayed there to go to Silverwood with my kids. It wasn’t super far it’s close to everything you need and it was nice and quiet and very secure. Definitely would stay here again.

In town for a wedding and rented this property for three nights. Initial contact with property manager was confusing at the start but got better. Location had one parking spot for us off the street that was nice in an interesting neighborhood. Place was pretty nice for the price. A little money spent on better plates and pans would be great. We would stay there again

Simple and clean

This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen appeared to have been recently remodeled. This was a great alternative to a hotel, as my teenage son and I had space to spread out, and the kitchen allowed us to prepare some of our meals . The location was easily accessed, however the neighborhood was a little run down.
