- 3 bedrooms with 140X190 bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy your aperitifs and grills.

Prices :
- Off season: 1000 € / week
- Mid season (school holidays): 1 200 € / week
- High season (July and August): 2 100 € / week
- Weekend Rental (2 nights min.): 500 €

- Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival
- Deposit € 1,000 to be made on the day of arrival
- 50% deposit at the time of booking and the balance 1 month before the arrival date + insurance resort (to ask your usual insurer, it is normally included in your home contract)

Rentals are by the week (Saturday to Saturday during the months of July and August)
