Vacation in luxury at the most desirable location on the north end of Anna Maria Island. The perfect home to unite and unwind with family and friends. Just minutes walk to the Bay and the Anna Maria Historic Pier. Four blocks only from the fantastic Gulf of Mexico. Short stroll to Pine Avenue which has a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, take-aways and beach rentals. Free trolly bus stop No. 2 is located here.

Mangroves and Magnolias has a spacious south facing balcony and upper sun deck enjoying views down the canal to Bimini Bay. Large sunny outdoor leisure areas with 50-foot heated pool together with fun games including; putting green, table tennis and corn hole. Chill on the dock, where you can enjoy fishing, water sports and Manatee spotting.

First floor offers large luxury open-plan kitchen with island seating and a breakfast nook. Eight-seater dining table and cool, airy sectionals to unwind together. One King room with full ensuite and one twin with half bath. Upper floor has large twin room with full ensuite. Master king suite, opulent double shower and master bath tub. Sparkling water views over upper sun deck. The entire home is freshly decored with bright, contemporary coastal colors.

Mangroves and Magnolias takes the beach house to the next level. Elegant and spacious with something for everyone.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

We had a great stay! No issues and had plenty of space. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The outside space and pool was phenomenal! We spent most of our time out there. Our kids loved the pool! We would definitely recommend this place!!

A week in paradise

Our family had a wonderful week in beautiful Anna Maria Island. Loved the true island feel and the beach was wonderful. The house we rented was excellent everything we needed and more. Will definitely be back!

Great house

We had 2 families stay here and it was great! As soon as you walk in the house, it feel clean and welcoming. The location is wonderful. You have a beach in both directions of the house. You are walking distance to shops and restaurants too. It has a beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

Bare-Bones***. House was not that clean and it completely empty. Zero extra blankets, sheets, towels, salt and pepper. No bikes, sad pool floats. One garbage bag provided. I would choose another home on AMI. The quality of bedding and towels was similar to a Super 8 motel.

Hi Kathy, this is an interesting review. Clearly the house was not empty and it had sheets and towels. We do not promise bikes at this rental. We provide you a welcome bag that includes 3 trash bags, dish soap, a scrub brush, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 laundry detergents. On top of that we supply two rolls of paper towel in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. The only work order we have for your stay was asking for additional sheets. We knocked to drop those off to you and someone in the group came to the door and then walked away so we left them out front. You were here for 2 nights so those bare-bones supplies should have been plenty. Thanks, Sato Real Estate.

Summer Family Vacation

Beautiful home! Spacious and open floor plan with windows all along the back of the house showing great views of pool and canal. Master bedroom and bath is awesome. Would have preferred some fans in area by pool with ping pong table and grill because is was so hot underneath. Location was great as it was close to restaurants and shops and beach with a short golf cart ride.

Christmas Tradition

Great location. You can walk to everything. We have rented houses in Anna Maria for the past 10 years. This house was our least favorite and most expensive. Experienced issues with the house. Sink leak, garbage disposal did not work, dishwasher did not work, clothes dryer not working. Corn hole board broken. All repairs were made and corn hole replaced the night we left. House is also in need of new mattresses as they were not comfortable. We were very surprised that the house did not have any items for the pool or the beach. With 8 adults it would be nice to have at least 2 bath towels per person. For over $900.00 per night we were hoping for more.

Nice house

Enjoyed the stay and location. The house had everything we needed and was clean upon arrival. The only two issues that may have been a little misleading was parking (not as much as we thought) and dock space for our boat)

Covid Getaway

My family all needed a change of scenery due to shut downs up north. The house was great and in a wonderful location. Everyone schooled and worked remotely but what the kids did afterwards was great. My son grabbed a fishing rod and went to the pier after school and my daughter went swimming at a pool in Bradenton (which was more challenging in CT). It was a great trip. The team at Sato was extremely responsive fixing small issues that we couldn’t handle. Can’t say enough about the decision to stay at the place. We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful Anna Maria home

This is a wonderful house for a large group or family. All the rooms are very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was great to spend the day or jump in after a day at the beach. There are not any pictures of the bathrooms but the master bath is a masterpiece. A large tub and a gigantic 2 shower head shower. The location is perfect for either going to the Gulf beach or the Bay beach. There are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops within walking distance.

Anna Maria (Magnolia property)

The house was spacious but the appliances were outdated. We thought the propane tank was out because the grill was not functioning so we took time out of our day to go and get another tank and to our disappointment, the grilled still did not work the entire stay. The A/C was also not in working order. This was very inconvenient, especially when you pay this hefty amount in rental fees:( There was no effort on the reality (Sato Realty) company to accommodate this inconvenience!
