Treat yourself to the beachside vacation you’ve been dreaming of with this relaxing and dog-friendly Anna Maria vacation rental! You'll enjoy a premium location by the beach, a breezy atmosphere, and great amenities like a private pool, Ping Pong table and a Foosball table.

This home is only two blocks from some of the island's finest beaches. When you're not enjoying the soft sands, you can stroll to Anna Maria's Pine Avenue for shopping, dining, and art only three blocks away. When you're ready to explore the rest of the island, use the free trolley to visit Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. With parking for four cars, you're free to drive around the island if you'd prefer and always have a spot when you get back home.

Back at the house, you and your loved ones (including your dogs, $150 additional fee per pet) can enjoy a breezy atmosphere thanks to the modern coastal décor. Step outside to cook up something tasty with the grill, or take a dip in the private heated pool. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day out on the sand. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need, along with an extra fridge by the private washer/dryer. After dinner, enjoy the comfortable living room's seating while you enjoy the

flatscreen TV, Xbox, board games, or free WiFi.


PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

NOTE: For security and insurance purposes, there are exterior-only video cameras on the premises.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Great house, perfect location

We really enjoyed this house. The pool and room under the house were used daily by the teens. The house was super clean and contained everything we needed. The location is an easy walk to both the beach and restaurants. We were really happy with this rental.

Great place to stay on Anna Maria

Great house close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again. Walk right down the street and your at the beach. Island is great but everything closes early so make reservations or cook at home. Bayside and Gulfside are both beautiful. Home was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was only 4 of us so we each had our own private bedrooms.

Awesome rental

This is a great rental in a perfect location! The house was very clean, bright, and spacious. Sato Realty was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had as well. I can't say enough good things about this rental. The location is perfect and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental.

Nice house and location. Kitchen desperately needs more than salt and pepper

Nice home, pool was great. Mosquitoes were out 24/7. If you plan on cooking there bring everything you need. All they had was salt and pepper and the salt ran out in two days. No pot holders to handle hot pots. If the kitchen was stocked better I would give it five stars. Had two small issues and the management responded quickly and took care of them. Very impressed with management.

Great location!

The bedrooms and kitchen fit our needs. There were beach chairs, toys and wagons available too. The house was in a great location! The only draw back was the pool. It was not cleaned and turned green on us. The management company responded but by time it was addressed, we had to leave. Looking at some past reviews the pool could be one downside. Overall this place is a great place to stay and would recommend it.

Great space, a few short comings

The house is very spacious and nice. The kitchen supplies are lacking. It seems that stuff breaks and it doesn't get replaced. The cleaning crew does a bad job on cleaning the floors. Our feet were black after the first day because the floors are not clean. A nice, short walk to a great beach. Overall a good place to stay but management needs to make a few improvements.

Family Fun in Anna Maria

This is a great vacation home. Very close to the beach. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the straight walk to the beach. Three bedrooms upstairs. Master has it's own very large bathroom/ shower and big soaking tub. The second bathroom upstairs in very nice too. Shower/bath tub. Lower level has the pool and bathroom in garage. Great fun space with ping pong table, seating area with large TV on the wall. Under roof so you can get out of the sun. Main floor has kitchen, dinning room, familyroom combined. Also a queen bedroom. Seperate bathroom with shower and tub. Laundry room too. It's close to Pine street shops and restaurants. This was a awesome place for family.

Perfect location and accommodation

Six friends enjoyed a reunion at this property. Everything about the house was comfortable or luxurious, clean, and thoughtful. We loved being so close to the beach with a convenient crosswalk. The pool and outdoor ambiance was way nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was A++, and we appreciated the outdoor shower, garage, tastefully appointed family room, and fantastic decks. What would have been appreciated is a more accurate host response when I had specifically inquired about beach chairs, beach wagon, and condiments (salt/pepper/oil) and was told none were available, so our one Florida friend brought all at extra effort and we learned upon arrival that all was actually supplied. Guests should be aware the 'welcome packet' was insufficient (literally a SLIP of soap, one tp roll/ bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods.) At the nightly price we paid, it would have been a very inexpensive and much-appreciated benefit for out-of-state travelers flying in to have a slightly more generous welcome pack. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with this home, and several of us hope to book this exceptional property again in future.

Great location, big house, some shortcomings

PROS:big size house,near beaches,stores and restaurants,accepts dogs,on a quiet street.Kitchen was well stocked w/ plates, glasses, pots/pans etc as well as appliances (blender,slow cooker,several different coffee makers).Clean linens & towels (bath and beach).Very prompt communication with staff from booking to check out.We had issues getting TVs to work, back door lock, and pool heater and staff came out to address within half hour of our call. Thank you! CONS:given the high price of this property, there are a few things that could be improved.In kitchen there is not a single food item, at least a few Keurig cups,sugar and creamer packets and tea bags would be appreciated for those who arrive late at night. Outdoor areas were not as clean,several patio pillows had lots of dog hair and yard debris, we ended up having to clean up patio furniture upstairs and downstairs before eating.No soaps in the bathrooms so we had to go buy for all bathrooms.No instructions available in a binder or online on how to work TVs or operate the back door to pool (it had keyless entry but we did not have code, and no instructions on how to stop alarm from beeping until staff came over). Back lock not operating properly, we got locked out a few times and had to go around to front door. While house generally clean, there are some small areas of stains on walls, furniture, floor that could use a touch up.

Great location! Good house.

My family of 4 adults and 3 teenagers, was comfortable in the house. Plenty of space to spread out. Overall the pros outweigh the cons, and with a little attention the cons could be fixed. Pros: we absolutely LOVED the location! Everything is easily accessible. Short walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shops. We rented bikes which made getting around even easier. The outdoor space is great, pool and ping pong occupied the kids. Beds were comfy. Indoor space was open and very clean. Cons: upon arrival there was a mountain of garbage overflowing from all bins by the garage. Boxes piled with food and beer cans etc sitting out next to the bins soggy from rain. We had to drag all of the garbage, including boxes with old pizza sitting exposed on top, to the road for trash pick up. There was an empty beer can floating in the pool, and one on the pool deck. On the back porch there were pieces of bacon, chips and other old food crumbs. There were used plastic toothpicks on the back porch, in the pool area and in the garage. Ick. The beach chairs provided are tiny, very uncomfortable, and were piled in a tangled heap in the garage when we arrived. We rented our own they were so bad. The kitchen is minimally stocked for a house this size and this price. The thermostat will not go below 72, and jumps back to 74 on it's own. OK during the day, but not great for hot sleepers, and again the house is not cheap. Overall a good house and great trip!

Really nice place. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants. One of the best beaches I have ever been at. All the shops on pine ave close by 4 or 5 so if you plan on doing some shopping do so in the middle of the day. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property, close to the beach, great beach supplies. Temps in the house were warm upstairs thermostats wouldn’t adjust. Pool got cloudy while we were there. Rules say no sunscreen??? Overall we loved the house.

Palm house

Lots of room to spread out. Had everything we needed and more. Loved the pool area and the under cover outside area. Pool area had good combo of shade and sun. Ample seating throughout which was great. Loved the location on the island. We never figured out how to use the TVs. Tried several times just gave up but still had great time.
