This is a little teal house w/ 2 (king) bedrooms , 2 bathroom tropical bungalow, retro older house w/ terrazzo floors & heated pool, sleeps 6, located between Vero’s Riverside Theater & Park and the Atlantic Ocean w/white sandy beach. Just a short walk to Vero’s legendary Restaurants like The Tides, Ocean Grill, Driftwood, & so many others. Enjoy your favorite beverage while lounging around this lush tropical heated pool. Furnished with all the comforts of home. New roof, new hurricane windows & new sliding glass doors. Less than a 15 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean or the Indian River.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To assist with return of your deposit: Remove used food from refrigerator, don’t leave dirty dishes, hand wash w/ soap & air dry or put in dishwasher w/ soap & start dishwasher machine.
On departure: Gather all garbage/trash, put in bag, place in appropriate garbage bin or recycling bin & take outside to the edge of driveway & place opposite side of mailbox on west side for pick up.
When your leaving our home to return back to yours: Please gather all used kitchen, bath & beach towels, remove all used sheets & bring to the laundry room but DON’T start the wash Thanks for helping
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ideal spot

Clean well equipped home in an ideal Central Beach location. The pool and yard are beautiful! Though it lacked a gas grill and a garbage disposal, I highly recommend it!

Perfect location

The house was perfect for us. Enough space to work from ‘home’ and close to the relatives we were visiting. Very clean, well stocked, and within walking distance of shops and the beach. Ed was fantastic to work with. Would definitely rent again on our next trip to Vero.

Another Awesome Stay in Vero Beach

So lucky to stay here for a week in June, our second stay this year. Love the house and the location, just blocks away from the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool daily, awesome way to cool off. Check out the Farmer's Market on Saturday's, plus the great food at the Ocean Grill, TooJay's and Southern Social. And it's not a stay in Vero without frequent visits to Waldo's. We'll be back ASAP!

Great getaway

This adorable pink house was a perfect base for our stay in Vero. The central beach location is great for enjoying a range of what Vero has to offer — Riverside Park to the west and Ocean Drive a few blocks to the east. The house was super clean and well appointed, and Ed was highly responsive and welcoming as a host. We’ll be back!

Perfection.

We absolutely love this house! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping, park sand river. The tree lined street is old Florida at it's best. The house is the perfect size for my husband and I and some occasional visitors. The pool and the tropical backyard make it paradise.

The home is beautiful. I spent most of the time in the pool area with my parents and family. My daughter and her best friend used the bikes to go to the beach daily. The owner is very easy to get in touch with for any questions or problems. I would most definitely stay here again!

Vero Beach

The property was well equipped and very clean. I have never slept better while traveling. The house is well located on the island and is walking distance to downtown Vero Beach. The pool was a big hit with my kids. While we did not have a chance to utilize the bikes, they were a nice touch. If ever in Vero Beach again we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

We had a lovely stay at Ed and Robin's house. There was more than enough room for our family of 4 and Ed was very helpful and responsive. He was able to ensure the second bedroom was set up with the bed configuration I requested and when we had an issue/question about the pool he responded quickly to texts and even hopped on the phone on Christmas Eve to walk us through how to change a setting. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely stay here again.

I almost don't want to tell the truth and keep the "little pink house" to myself! This is the perfect Florida home. The location is spectacular. Walking distance to the beach, park, theater and Art Museum. Fabulous restaurants nearby, too. There is plenty of room and pool is just lovely. Ed was helpful and responsive and actually left me a care package on the doorstep after I mentioned a few things that would be nice to have. I've already booked for next year!

Perfect Location in Vero Beach

What a wonderful winter getaway. The location of the property couldn't be better--short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants in one direction and the riverfront park and marina with kayak rentals in the other direction. The house was incredibly comfortable with everything we could possibly have needed. And the yard and pool? Oh my. Private, quiet and beautifully landscaped. Perfect. We will be back.

Perfect location.

We loved our stay. The house is just as described. The location is perfect for walking to the shops, restaurants or hanging out at the beach. We brought our paddleboards and walked to the river marina every morning than had lunch at Riverside Cafe. The bikes were nice to have we rode to the Village Beach Market about 15 minutes for groceries used the basket and a small back pack. Everything we needed was accessible without driving. Check in was seamless. Ed was very responsive he even arranged for us to check in early which was a huge plus after driving 18 hrs. And our little senior Westie's loved exploring the yard and walks in Riverside park. This place is a perfect staycation!

Cute little house for a family vacation

Our family stayed here for our summer trip during 4th of July. The neighborhood is perfect and beautiful. The house had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The only thing that I would take off a star for is that it is very outdated and took forever to cool off and reach temperature. Florida in July is very hot. We had to make sure we left all doors closed at all times and kept the blinds shut. The temp finally reached what we set it at when we went to bed.

She’s from Vero Beach 3rd generation, still working just over the bridge in healthcare & he’s from Ft Pierce but had a business in Vero Beach for many years in the miracle mile area just over the bridge, but retired now. We are both locals in this area & love sharing our neighborhood with you that choose us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood choose us as it has been in the family for a long time and is being passed down through generation's. We are sure you will enjoy going back in time seeing terrazzo flooring again when you come to visit, as we share our home with you during your stay in Vero Beach, Florida.

What makes this property unique

Being that this house has been passed down in the family through generations, we have tried to keep some of the original things intact in this house like the terrazzo floors. In 2021 we added heater to the pool, in 2024 put on a new aluminum roof, in 2025 added a TV outside near pool, garbage disposal button on countertop, new hurricane proof windows & new hurricane proof sliding glass doors & charcoal & gas grill.
