Enjoy our luxurious new 4 Bedroom home located in The Village at Grayton Beach in beautiful Grayton Beach. The Village is an elegant coastal community of just 47 homes nestled among native pine and oak trees.

Grayton Beach is like no other beach town along 30A. Enjoy the famous white sand and emerald waters without the crowds, soak in Graytons quirky, free spirit, laid back attitude and iconic beaches. Paddle board or kayak on the famous dune lakes or snorkel the Sea Turtle Reef in the Gulf of Mexico.

While here you can park the car and ride your bicycle. We are located a short 1 mile ride from the sugar sands and emerald waters of Grayton Beach, 1.2 miles to Grayton Beach State Park and 2.3 miles to all there is to offer in Seaside which was the picturesque setting seen in The Truman Show. We are also just a short walk to great dining with nearby restaurants like Hurricane Oyster Bar, Nanbu Noodle Bar, Chanticleer, Pickle Factory, Grayton Corner Café and Black Bear Bread Company. You can go a little further by bicycle to AJ’s, Chiringo, Crackings, Grayton Seafood Company or the must see, World Famous, Red Bar. 30A has so much to offer and Grayton Beach places you right in the middle of the action without the crowds or expense.

Our home is nicely decorated and perfect for family getaways, with 2 luxurious Master Suites, both, King Beds, a third bedroom features a Queen bed and lastly, a bonus room with 2 sets of bunk beds easily sleeping 4 children. All rooms have flat screen TV’s, ample closet space and the kids room has a DVD player with plenty of movies to keep them occupied. We have 4 beach cruisers available for your use or if would rather ride, rent a golf cart for your stay. You are sure to love the area and all it has to offer.

Even though the weather didn’t quite cooperate, our stay was wonderful. 22 Grayton had everything our family needed to relax, spend time together, and still enjoy a great vacation. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and made it easy to make the most of our trip despite the conditions. We’d happily stay here again!

Wonderful property! Plenty of room for our 2 families of 3 each. Close to shopping, great restaurants, and the beach! We enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the pool and the quaint neighborhood.

Lovely home close to beach

Newer home that is very well maintained and sleeps plenty of people. Host is very responsive. Pool is close by as well as beaches and some other amenities. Only minus is limited parking but it's manageable. We would stay here again

Great base for 30A

This house may not be right on the beach but it's right in the mix. Walk easily to the Grayton shuttle and lots of room to spread out in the house!

Clean, cozy, perfect!

We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside but are so happy we chose Grayton this time. The house was a quick bike to the beach, which was far more quaint and less crowded than Watercolor/Seaside. The house was incredibly clean and the owners were quick to respond to text and answer questions. Due to COVID-19, we decided to check out sooner than originally planned. The owners were kind enough to reimburse us the days we did not stay. We will definitely be back to Grayton and sure hope we can stay in this property again.

Great time in Grayton!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Grayton Beach. The house was perfect for our family. It was very well-stocked, and we enjoyed using the bicycles every day. The trolley stop was very near the neighborhood and was so convenient to hop on and go to the beach. This was our first trip to the 30A area, so it took a day or so to get our bearings and figure out the best option for getting to the beach. There is a boardwalk that makes travel with a beach wagon much easier—access to it is not at the trolley drop-off though. The neighborhood was quiet. There was construction further down near the pool, but it did not affect our stay at all. The beach chairs and umbrella stored at the house were a nice touch. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch and balcony. The house was very clean and so cute. The beds were comfy and the living room was spacious enough that we could spread out. We highly recommend and hope to return in the near future!

Beautiful, spacious home

Beautiful home! SO much space. All the rooms were bigger in person except the bonus bunk room. Definitely best for kids under 10. The house was extremely clean and the beds oh so cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked and the large dining table was perfect for our family dinners. Neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed the pool at the end of the street a lot. The road next to the neighborhood is quite busy and you must cross it to get to bike trail. We didn’t use the trolley but it was running constantly and seems like a great option. This was our first time to Grayton. The town is a very laid back, eclectic, surfing town. You can drive on the beach with a permit but the sand is extremely soft so would need a 4wd. There is a snow cone trailer and ice cream trailer next to the beach entrances which were nice after a day at the beach. We did bike over to seaside but only once because it’s quite a trip over there. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was perfect for our family

Kerrilyn was great to work with and was available to answer all of my questions immediately. Check in and out was seamless and location was super close to the tram. The 6 bikes were an extra perk and we used them a lot. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, although the house was a little further from the beach than we wanted. We also rented a golf cart and it was perfect. Would definitely rent again!

Great house with convenient location

This house was fantastic. Very nicely decorated and comfortable furniture/beds. The pool was also super nice and never crowded. Having the free tram to the beach right down the road was very convenient. Great proximity to restaurants and bars. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was all the construction noise. But overall highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach vacation

This home was close to everything! Close to shuttles, groceries, restaurants, bars and most importantly short bike ride to beach, chiringos, red bar and AJ’s. Clean well appointed home. Bikes, grill, pool access and large rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. We had 9 bridesmaids and bride get ready here , photographer found it to be perfect. We will definitely try to book again.

Beautiful Grayton Beach home

We spent a wonderful week in this gorgeous home with our family of 6. The location can’t be beat. We loved having the bikes and trikes available to use whenever we wanted and rode them to the beach, shops and restaurants every day in Grayton and even biked to Seaside for a day. Kerrilyn and Steve both quickly responded to any questions we had during our stay. Definitely bring or purchase extra paper items, ziplocks, dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent as these aren’t supplied. We would definitely stay here again in the future. All in all, just a great home away from home!

Beautiful, clean house close to town!

The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed being close to town and the community pool as well! The house was stocked with essentials and the host was great to suggest things we might want to bring as well. While the house is not right on the beach, it was only a short drive to it. There were several bicycles as well as tricycles with baskets, to use when we went to the shops next door. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We had an awesome stay. The house is immaculate and has everything you need, Kerrilyn was super quick in responding to any questions. The location was easily accessible and convenient to whatever you wanted to get into. We walked, biked, took the golf cart or drove depending on what we were doing. We would 100% stay her again. Perfect beach house!

This clean, comfortable house had spaces and amenities that were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. Bedrooms were well spaced and sized; bathrooms were updated, tasteful, and sparkling clean. We mostly ate in, and found what we needed for cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The living space and large dining table were ideal for being together but doing different activities. We appreciated the nice TVs, numerous charging stations, high quality towels, and spacious walk-in showers. The house was on a quiet street with a nice large community pool at the end of a cul de sac. The included bikes were a plus and the bike path access is right out from the front door. We had good communication with the owners and arrival and departure were easy. We would love to return, perhaps in warmer weather to make use of the pool and nearby beach.

am originally from Canada and my husband is Australian. We found each other and then found a warm, somewhat central location to settle and raise our boys, along the Gulf Coast! We discovered Grayton Beach State Park on one of annual camping trips and fell in love with the area.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is surrounded by State Parks with forest and beaches yet is populated with cute restaurants and boutique shopping. It's like extreme "glamping" and is perfect for the active family.
