5 minutes from the river La Cèze with its small pebble beaches.
Goudargues, Venice Gard (accessible on foot, by bike or by car) 4 km away benefits from all the shops, canoe rental, restaurants, etc .....
Ideal situation to radiate in Provence with Uzès, Avignon, the bridge of the Gard, Nîmes, Anduze and its bambouseraie within a radius of 50 km.
The house is fully equipped for 5 people with all the comforts.
On the ground floor: large living / dining room, large kitchen and shower room with WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
