This two bedroom one bathroom, very spacious unit is conveniently located across from Beach Access 10, with a pedestrian lit crosswalk. Easily walkable to town from the beach and road. Located across from the Siesta Breeze trolley stop, a car isn't needed if you do not want one as everything is walkable or free rides or the shuttle are available. This quaint property offers a tranquil escape with a king bed, a full bed, and a cozy living room with an additional rollaway twin bed. There is a sun porch, spacious living room, work area and spacious dining area. Guests can unwind in this spacious sun-filled condo. Enjoy your time in Siesta Key walking distance to the beach and village!

Unit description:
This is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom very spacious unit. There is a covered area with seating area and dining area. The Living area is large enough to fit the whole group with a sectional sofa and two swivel chairs. the dining area seats 6 very comfortably. The kitchen should have everything you could need for cooking and hosting. The bathroom is newly renovated and very clean. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, spacious closet and large dresser, very appropriate for long stays. The queen bedroom is located off of the King bedroom and has a pocket door for privacy. There is a tv and large dresser in the room.

Wonderful mother's Day Weekend

We stayed here with the kids for Mother's Day weekend and it was just perfect! Great property, great host. Easy walk across the street to the beach and a short 13 minute walk to the main the main street (Ocean Blvd.) where all the restaurants are. We will definitely stay here again!

Check in was quick and simple. Host replied and resolved any issue quickly. Lists as a two bedroom but they are not separate in order to get into the second you have to walkthrough the main bedroom. Quick 10 minute walk to town , or bring scooters and it is a quick ride in. Perfect for walking to the beach being across the street from the public access.
