If you’re dreaming of a breezy coastal escape, this is the spot. Our cheerful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment sits directly across from public beach access, so you can wake up and be on the sand faster than you can say “Folly Time!”

And with downtown Folly Beach less than a mile away, you’re effortlessly close to coffee shops, boutiques, nightlife, and all the salty-sweet local flavor Folly is famous for.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and place in the bathroom
Clean out fridge and take out all trash. Green can is trash and blue is recycling
Check all outlets for charging cords as we cannot return any items left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to this home having 3 apartments we cannot allow pets of any kind. This includes ESA's and service animals. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This is a downstairs apartment and you will hear foot traffic from the guests upstairs. It's an old beach cottage that is 3 separate apartments.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.

Folly Beach Annex great for two of us

Perfect option for us. Family just across street in the “big house”. We got the peace and quiet. Great beach access right across street, off street parking, bright for a basement apt. Had everything we needed. Chairs bike towels outside shower follow-up on our check-in to make sure everything was ok. We could hear people upstairs but they told us that upfront and it wasn’t loud or all hours. Great option for small group

This apartment was great for my family of four. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver. The apartment was clean and efficient. The bathroom is a little tight, but other than that, the layout was very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential cooking items and even some basic pantry items. There were also plenty of towels and blankets. I also loved the keyless entry.Katherine was a terrific host and she communicated regularly to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely book this apartment again if we're ever back in Folly Beach!

Was very disappointed with this property. The ad is misleading. This is a tiny basement converted into a 2 bd rental. The bathroom is cramped closet. The pictures showed a bright space above ground. It is not! Over priced. Moldy bathroom. Damp and cold space. We rented it for 2 adults and 2 teens but it was too small. I had to rent a hotel room while my friend stayed with her daughter because we already paid for the weekend. She only stayed one night. Be Warned!!

Why they chose this property

Our home is 1 mile from Center St in Folly beach. Close enough to all the action, but just far enough to enjoy the peace of the beach.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location,Location! We may be small but we are mighty. Our home is located directly across the street from the public entrance to the beach. 30 ft from the sand.
