Traveling as a family or a bigger group? The two apartments upstairs are ours too, so you can book the whole house and sleep 10 under one roof.

Seconds to the sand, and an easy walk to Folly Beach shops, restaurants and nightlife on Center St.

Enter through a bright sunroom, the perfect drop zone for beach gear or a quiet morning coffee in the sun. Inside, the open-concept living area offers a relaxed coastal feel with comfortable seating, dining for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and stove for easy meals at home.

The private first floor ground level apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and closet space. One full bathroom features a stand-up shower.

Coming back sandy? Use the outdoor shower and foot wash before heading inside.

This unit sits on the first level of our classic Folly Beach triplex, a few steps up from the driveway. As with many beach cottages this close to the ocean, you may occasionally hear footsteps from above during busy weeks, our guests tell us it's a fair trade for being 60 seconds from the sand. And if you'd rather have the building to yourselves, all three units are ours and can be booked together for families and groups up to 10.
