Please note: the pool will be closed for maintenance from September 14 to 27/2026 For this inconvenience the rate for time frame has been reduced to $225.000 from 290.00. Many people prefer swimming in the ocean, so the pool lounge chairs will be moved to the grassy area in front of the pool, which is directly in-front of the beach. Washrooms are still available.

Unit #323, one of the nicest one bedroom oceanfront condos at Sugar Beach Resort, located on the 3rd floor of the Mill Building!

Completely updated with modern kitchen, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and private lanai. Renovated bathroom, new flooring and modern paint scheme are just a few of the many updates to this ocean front paradise.

The unit has two flat screen televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with DVD and Stereo. Wireless high speed internet access and unlimited long distance calling between the US and Canada are all included FREE OF CHARGE!!

Sugar Beach Resort is in Kihei and situated on miles of sandy beach. Resort features include a large pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

14 September 2026 - 20 September 2026 the large pool will not be available due to the annual maintenance, as such the rates are reduced for those days.

A beach front BBQ area is a popular meeting spot for nights you feel like cooking outdoors.

Excellent location, which made it easy to get around to different areas on the island. Beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed walking along Sugar Beach in the morning to head over to Sugar Beach Bake Shop for breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated the cooler, beach towels and beach chairs. Bed was very comfortable. Doreen was very helpful and quick to respond.

Very comfortable and peaceful! We chose by seeing photos on line and weren’t disappointed! Couldn’t ask for more! Beautiful view from the lanai! Had a rental car which made it easy to explore the beaches in both directions or just lounge at the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean-view property. The home was immaculate, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed.The pool area was fantastic, with a beautiful pool, hot tub, and several gas grills available for guests. I grilled several times during our stay, and the grills were always clean and ready to use.The location was excellent—convenient, peaceful, and very quiet. Overall, this was a beautiful and well-maintained property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent 5 days at the condo. Everything was as depicted in the VRBO listing. The view is incredible and the balcony is a joy to sit on any time of day or night. The kitchen had everything you would need, there were plenty of towels both for showers and taking to the beach or pool. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft! The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs. The covered area with the tables and chairs was nice to get out of the sun. The host was responsive to any questions or concerns we had, but we had no trouble with anything. I highly recommend renting this beautiful condo. We particularly enjoyed the decor. It’s perfect for two people.

It was like a home away from home. Great facilities, great location, great views. The property and the apartment were well maintained and the lift (elevator) made access from the undercover parking seamless especially when moving luggage.We enjoyed our stay.

Condo was great very clean and peaceful. The condo had everything we needed. The property was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of lounge chairs to watch the sunset or sit by the ocean. The property was not super busy so it was very relaxing.

We had an incredible stay at this condo in North Kihei! The unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beachfront location was hard to beat—we loved being able to walk right onto the beach to enjoy the sunset,The location was also perfect. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and just a short drive to many of Maui’s top attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying a peaceful place to come back to each day.We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautiful place to stay in Maui. We would definitely stay here again!
