Great Host easy to communicate with before and during stay. The home was very clean and well stocked with beach assessories, kitchen cookware and bedding was very comfortable. This location was amazing close to shops, restaurants and very quiet area. Cant wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. The owner was prompt in communication and we had a little issue when we checked in, but the owner took care of it and we had a fantastic stay. The condo was newer and very clean and we had the best time. Tips from the owner on where to go and how to enter beach were spot on. We were worried about staying off the beach at this location, but we had no problem with access thanks to the golf cart and bikes that come with this condo. The pool was awesome too. We will definitely be back to stay at this location. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location and the place was great for us with two kids under 4. The kids loved the pool and being so close to the Chill. Golf cart was an added bonus, made it very easy going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

Great place. Clean, looks just like the pictures. Great communication with the owner. Having 2 parking spots was nice. Tons of beach items, and nice bikes. Would definitely stay there again. minor negative: the lack of pantry items that you typically find in all other rentals like say: salt, pepper, cooking oil, maybe some Saran Wrap, etc. this place had none of that stuff, so plan on buying all that when you get in town.

Great place and great proximity to The Hub

Todd was great to work with, very informative and responsive. The place is right across the street from the hub which is nice for dinner and drinks. Also, easy access to the beach via the golf cart and bikes. Had a great time!

Excellent stay

Todd is an awesome host! Great communication and very accommodating. His place is spotless and spacious. We love Prominence this is our second year in a row staying there. The location is amazing, heated pool and shops at the hub make for an amazing stay. Highly recommend Todd’s place.

Wonderful Stay!!

My 23 year old daughter and myself stayed for 9 nights. We have never been to 30A. This location was wonderful and the place gorgeous! Even nicer than pictures and so clean! The golf cart was nice to ride around on and love The Chill across the street. Great family area! Also Todd was responsive and wonderful host! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house is kept in wonderful condition, stocked with all the things to make a wonderful day at the beach. Location is everything, and we come back to this specific area year after year bc of that! Todd was so responsive from booking to departure. highly recommend!
