It is very unfortunate that Christine did not read the headline of the advert with the description TRIPLEX clearly displayed. Yes it is a penthouse triplex. Nor did she see the stairs in a lounge photo or the clear wording on our own website which she had access to the day she booked describing the apartment as a penthouse arranged over 3 floors. I only learned of her health issues when l read her review. Had we been informed about this by Christine, as soon as she realised her mistake, Simon our longstanding agent would have found her accommodation suitable for her health needs on a nearby complex. Christine has seen fit to punish us for her mistakes with a 3 star review. This booking was a headache and struggle from beginning to end caused mainly because Christine chose not to read any of the information sent to her. I found it impossible to understand the motivation behind her unusual behaviour . In over 20 years of owning holiday homes we have had the pleasure of having polite nice guests stay who have appreciated the work we put in to ensure they have a great holiday. Half our bookings this year are repeat guests. This is what the previous 2 guests said:- Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment this past week. It was wonderful, so well appointed and maintained. No issues at all. ROUZAN. Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment again. We had a brilliant time and will hopefully be back some time in the future. CRAIG. We look forward to helping our new and returning guests with any holiday plans and welcoming you all to stay in our apartment. Caroline and William

Many thanks Penny for taking the time to write a review. It makes all our work maintaining and improving the apartment, to make it nice for our guests, worth while. Looking forward to helping you and your without with future holiday plans either in our Marbella apartment or rural farmhouse on the Charente /Dordogne border Caroline and William

Thank you Peter we are delighted to hear you and Annie enjoyed your time at the apartment and managed to explore some of this interesting and beautiful area of Spain. We would very much like to welcome you back sometime. Please note that if you do return and do not wish to use the stairs by the waterfall leading to the restaurants there are 2 further pedestrian gates exiting the complex which have no steps.

Thank you so much Deborah for your kind review. We spent a long time searching for the right apartment and complex and a lot of effort has gone into upgrading and maintaining it. Great to hear you enjoyed it all. Hope you will return one day or try our French farmhouse on the Charente/ Dordogne border.

Thank you for your review and being a great guest. Just in case you were not aware there is an indoor heated pool if too cold in the outdoor pool. Hope to be of help with your future holiday plans.

Thank you for this comprehensive review. Often photos can look great but not tell the full story. We do invest in good quality mattresses , pillows and linen, so are pleased that along with the new air-conditioning system they have added to Louise and her family's positive holiday experience. We looked at many apartments in this area , one we know well, before choosing this excellently positioned apartment on this very well run complex. We are still adding things to the facilities at the apartment so our future guests can have the best possible holiday experience.

Thank you Kristjan, our first guest from lovely Estonia. Pleased that you made use of the facilities on the complex and enjoyed some of the many restaurants close by. looking forward to you staying again soon

Thank you so much Denise for taking the time to write such a comprehensive review. We were delighted to hear you and your girls had such a good holiday. You were very nice during the booking process and we look forward to helping you with any future holiday plans in either of our 2 Marbella apartments or out French farmhouse.
