The cabin was extremely clean and the location perfect for our Mountain bike family! Loved that it had a back room to store the bikes and laundry available !! Will stay here again for sure !

The location and house conditions were perfect for mountain biking the trails. The outdoor green space and fire pit were also great to have. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental!

Our family of four plus dog were happy to stay in this cabin. All comforts were provided - extra towels, laundry area, bike storage, cozy beds, kitchen supplies. Place was clean and quiet. We liked that it was tucked away from the highway yet easy to find. Easy parking.Good communication wit hosts!

MTB Haven

A great location and setup to access the Bentonville trail system and The Back 40. Check-in was easy and the place was well stocked. Bike storage was an added bonus! JJ's Bar and Grill has some incredible Happy Hour Specials after a day riding the trails.

As nice or nicer than the photos! Clean, comfortable and a great set up. This is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Bentonville.

Weekend getaway

The cabin is new, clean and nice. We had a great stay. If you are a cyclist, this would be a great place to stay! Close to the trails with bicycle wash on the grounds and indoor storage for your bikes. I would request to stay in the cabins that back up to the canyon/draw. Just for a better vista!

We rented this property for a wedding weekend. We went to a concert at the Walmart AMP one night then had a wedding the next day at the Cooper Chapel. Perfect location, clean, spacious! Recommend!

Beautiful location and very close to mountain bike trails!

Our family of four stayed here on a quick getaway to ride MTB trails in the area. The cabin was very clean and decorated with a fun bike theme. The bike storage area inside was large enough to store all 4 of our bikes. The Back 40 Trail is accessible directly behind the cabins and other great trails were within a 10 minute drive. We brought our two dogs along and we loved that this rental was very dog friendly!!

Perfect Location

This place is perfect! If you are there for a game, nature, biking, etc., this is the place. Easy access, quiet, nicely equipped, and comfortable. Very clean! I don't think I saw one un-welcomed spider inside! If you are there with little ones, be aware that there are wild life around (we saw lots of foxes) so it does require a bit of caution and respect for nature!
