Perfect location that could benefit with a few improvement

The location is simply breathtaking. The private (shared with other trullos) sea access is a big plus. It really felt like a nice pause in this hectic world. A few things didn't work properly (the stove) and some would definitely require some investment (the bed, the shower, the sink). There are way too many extra items to take into consideration. We have rented other places during this trip in Italy where we didn't have that. This feels old fashioned and you would benefit from including ALL costs (electricity, cleaning, bedsheets) in the initial prices. The additional useless agreement to sign is unnecessary. Also, if you pay extra for certain items, it would be great not to have to do things yourself (bed, taking out the garbage).

VIA DALLA FOLLA

Accesso molto facile dalla litoranea, parcheggio a due metri da casa, accessi al mare comodi e praticamemente deserti, dependence comodissima come disimpegno Da manutenere meglio (infissi, prese elettriche , mobili di sostegno del lavabo cucina e del gruppo cottura. Connessione internet tramite rete e WIFI che risente troppo dell'afflusso di turisti, a volte assente

Top Lage

Die Unterkunft hat eine Top Lage sowohl in Bezug zum Meer als auch zum Ort selbst. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar! Das Gefühl in einer eigenen abgeschlossenen Parkanlage mit Meerzugang zu wohnen ist wirklich gut! Leider ist die Unterkunft absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Die Oberflächen im Sanitärbereich sind etwas verbraucht, sodass man froh ist diese auf Grund der Außendusche nicht wirklich in Anspruch nehmen zu müssen. Der Duschkopf rinnt, die Spüle in der vermeintlichen Kochnische ist provisorisch und unpraktikabel! Die Fliesen sind abgeschlagen und der Kühlschrank funktioniert eingeschränkt, da man die Türablage angebohrt hat und mit Gewindestangen provisorisch ausgestattet. Also man fragt sich mit welcher Begründung hier eine Kaution eingehoben wird! Tut mir leid, aber eine ehrliche Bewertung!
