On the heights of Pignans, 35 KM from the sea, 40 KM from Toulon airport, 45 KM from Saint-Tropez, discover this Provencal farmhouse located on a wooded and fenced 5.000 M2 with private pool (11 X 5 - automatic protection cover) and an exceptional view of the Massif des Maures. Quiet and without vis-à-vis. On the ground floor: entrance with clearance, toilet and cloakroom, shower room, large living / dining room with fireplace, open kitchen (dishwasher), adjoining storeroom (fridge / freezer and washing machine) and a bedroom with bathroom. On the floor, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. Small garage for bicycles and strollers.
The property is 2KM from the village of Pignans with all amenities (shops, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants) and its Provencal charm (market on Thursday).

Villa avec une vue sur le massif des Maures!

Quelques mots pour vous dire qu'une semaine c'est trop juste pour profiter de cette jolie demeure. Tout y est pour passer des vacances en famille au calme dans un paysage à couper le souffle. Un pièce à vivre très agréable pour les soirées au coin du feu. Une cuisine, des salles de bains et des chambres très fonctionnels pour le bonheur de tous. Un piscine chauffée avec un pool house et un coin repos très agréable. Pour les sportifs une table de Ping Pong, un boulodrome et de belles balades à faire dans les environs. Un très bon accueil de Sonia pour les conseils pour visiter les alentours.

Heerlijk groot huis met panorama

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de meivakantie! - fantastisch groot zwembad, met 22 graden buiten opgewarmd tot 22-23 graden, beetje fris, maar goed te doen. Onze jongens van 5-8-10 jaar hebben goed in vermaakt. Ook dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van het water speelgoed. Fijn dat er iemand komt kijken of het lukt met de zwembadrobot. - het huis is van binnen ook sfeervol, kamers groter dan op de foto - zeer uitgebreide keuken voorzieningen! - bedden zijn prima - hele fijne regendouche beneden - prachtig afgelegen ligging, mooi uitzicht, wel wat verder van de kust (30-60 minuten rijden), maar voor ons geen probleem. - makkelijk en prettig contact met de eigenaar. Voor komen graag nog een keer weer!

excellent séjour

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité et gentillesse ainsi que leur souplesse. Séjour familial de 5 à 90 ans à l'occasion du mariage de mon fils Hugues au Château Defends à proximité et que je recommande. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la configuration des lieux extrêmement pratique pour un séjour avec des âges différents. Calme et jolie vue, accueil de Latifa super et fléxibilité de celle-ci sur notre horaire de départ en fonction de nos contraintes liées au mariage, dicrétion et conseils de Robert pour l'entretien de la piscine très propre; bref, tout le monde était heureux, petits avec la piscine, grands avec le terrain de boules et les diners sur la terrasse. Possibilité de grandes marches en partant direct de la maison par le chemin. Excellents équipements tant au niveau de la cuisine que des chambres et séjour. Merci aux propriétaires pour cette belle expérience.

Prachtige villa met fijn zwembad

Het huis was gezellig , ruim en schoon met meerder terrassen om buiten te zitten. De slaapkamers waren ook groot en de bedden goed. Het was vooral heel schoon en netjes , zowel binnen als buiten. De keuken was zeer uitgebreid uitgerust , er miste niets! Ook van het opblaas speelgoed voor t zwembad hebben we genoten!kortom een heerlijk huis en zeker aan te bevelen!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful setting

The villa is set in fabulous wine country tucked away in the hills. It has an impressive pool and lovely garden where we spent most of our week. Plenty of room to dine inside and out. Inside the house the lounge is cool, well layed out and spacious. Well equipped kitchen and overall this place is perfect for chilling. The downstairs bedroom particularly is very nice. Village has everything you need to serve your week and you can walk from from villa. There is no air con-only small desk fans in each room-so it was warm for sleeping, but it’s such a great place for a family holiday and we hope to return next year!

Absolutely amazing holiday home with a stunning view, I totally recommend it!!

We had two lovely weeks in this well located and perfect equipped villa. Lots of space and with all facilities (dish washer, washing machine etc.) – really everything you need! And the whole villa was really clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and garden area with many canvas and lounge chairs outside. Absolutely perfect for relaxing or a french glass of wine :-) Communication with the owners was great, they were really helpful also with restaurant recommendations and things like that. At our arrival their assistance Mrs. Simon welcomed us affectionately and also the departure was easygoing. Many thanks for that wonderful time!

Sehr idyllisch

Wir ( 6 Erwachsene, 4 Jugendliche) verbrachten hier 10 Tage im Juni und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Verwalter des Hauses waren sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Gerade in der Küche haben wir überhaupt nicht improvisieren müssen- es ist alles da. Der Pool war dank Pool Roboter sauber und immer schön warm. Lediglich die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig, man braucht also gute Stoßdämpfer

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison accueillante! Tout y est prévu pour ne manquer de rien ! Les équipements sont bien au delà des espérances..la vue sur le massif est à couper le souffle et permet de se sentir totalement dépaysé! L'accueil est de qualité et il y a toujours quelqu'un à contacter en cas de question. Il y a énormément de place tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur... Un vrai havre de paix ! Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite et recommanderions sans hésitation cette location ! Un énorme merci et vivement la prochaine fois !

Magnifique séjour !!!

Maison très agréable offrant beaucoup de confort.Tout est nickel ! La maison est d'une rare propreté ! De plus, les électroménagers et la literie sont neufs. La présence de 2 frigos est appréciable. La terrasse avec sa couverture rétractable permet de vivre toute la journée à l'extérieur et de profiter ainsi du magnifique paysage... Un livret très détaillé explique le fonctionnement de la maison (boiler, plancha, éclairages,...) nous nous sentons très vite chez nous! Une seule envie... relouer au plus vite!

Zeer leuke en rustige locatie !

Mooie en goed ingerichte villa, net buiten het rustige, pittoreske dorp Pignans. Alle comfort is aanwezig. Prachtig uitzicht over de wijngaarden en de heuvels. Hartelijke ontvangst door de geranten die open stonden voor alle vragen en steeds bereikbaar waren. Een aanrader.

Maison très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison de famille située à l'écart de l'affluence touristique. Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous avons testé les "bonnes" adresses qu'ils nous ont laissées et nous ne pouvons que les recommander. Pour nous, le petit + était constitué par le linge de maison qui a été mis à disposition. Encore un tout grand merci!
