Home away from home....

Julio and Gloria's condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The weather wasn't good so having a great choice of TV programming on big screens was great. Lots of kitchen supplies and linens. Tasteful and uncluttered decor was appreciated. We enjoy staying at Desert Princess for convenience to amenities.

Excellent in every way

We stayed in Julio’s condo for 5 weeks. It Is our fourth year coming to desert princess. His condo by far has been the nicest . Clean,, up to date, comfortable ,not to mention the location ,where you look out at the forth green and can watch people miss putts all day. Lol Julio was so great to work with. Always in touch for anything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice.it is such a beautiful condo and my only regret is not staying longer. , Hope we can come back again .

Lovely condo at Desert Princess

The condo is as described and was very clean when we arrived - the cleanest of all the rentals we used. The area is lovely and we enjoyed watching the golfers outside our place. One problem was not regarding the owner. Desert Princess is a large resort but has only 2 charging places for EV cars which did inconvenience us. Given the number of people with EVs, guests should be informed in advance.

Great place to stay

The condo was well layed out and with 2 master bedrooms worked really well for 2 couples. We enjoyed sitting outside for meals. Walking paths throughout the area are beautiful. Location was great.

Well equipped clean condo in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean, with a lovely view from the patio and super close to the pool. Only a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Julio and Gloria!

Dream location

Absolutely fantastic location. Julio’s condo is exactly as advertised and more. We are already booked for next year. The condo was well equipped, the property is so well cared for and the people there are so friendly and relaxed. We finally found the place in Palm Springs we will be returning to year after year.

Comments for info only as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay: We could not find bbq utensils/cleaning supplies and at 4 different times we killed bugs/crickets coming from under the sofa

Sorry you had a problem as most of the cleaning supplies were under the sink and in the guest side closet. As for the crickets, that is a problem we have had since we pruchased. Unfortunately, it is one that is impossible to get rid of. We do what we can but they are persistant little buggers. Julio

A great place to stay...

For the past six years we have arranged to put visiting family members up in one or another unit at Desert Princess. Most recently our 30 year old granddaughter, a free-lance editor and globetrotter, stayed here. As soon as she got settled she texted us, “I really, really love it!” This is the nicest, most comfortable Desert Princess stay that we have found! It has the best kitchen of any our family have enjoyed, the layout is excellent, and for small family gatherings of dinner and conversation it just can’t be beat. The owners, Gloria and Julio, have been a pleasure to work with--straightforward and accommodating. In addition, we have to note that the Desert Princess complex is both well located and inviting to visit. We recommend both the unit and the surroundings to anyone who wants to find a quiet, comfortable place to stay in the Palm Springs area.

Why they chose this property

It is enjoyable to watch the golfers putting at the green just outside our living room window. The grounds are beautiful with many activities available for us to use. The area is peaceful and quiet allowing us to enjoy our quiet setting. With plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from, it is always hard to choose where to enjoy a great meal. Foods of all types are available, and the variety is a nice accommodation.
