- NO PARTIES-Private Community HOA & Security
- 3 Car Maximum in Driveway - No On Street Parking, No On Grass Parking
Dog Friendly: Enclosed dog run area off of the courtyard.
- 2 Dog Maximum - $90 Dog Fee per pup.
- Dogs must be leashed when outdoors (except in enclosed courtyard and dog run area)
- Dog may not be left alone in the house or yard unless QUIETLY crated.
- NO Clothes Washer/Dryer available for renter use.
- Driveway has an incline and curve.
- 8-10 Cement Stairs must be used to gain access to the main level of the home.
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces only.
- One Guest Parking Pass provided for easier beach access - Not to be used for general On Street Parking.
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach please be conscientious of water usage.
