Fantastic All Around

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Agua La Vista was fantastic. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The new deck and hot tub are awesome - we loved listening to the surf in hot tub at night. The living room was also comfy, and we enjoyed the included streaming services. We also appreciated the raised dishes and extra beds for the dogs. A great experience all around.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the home was perfect for the 6 of us to recharge, catch-up and indulge! All the beds were very comfortable & the bed sheets were the best...Enjoyed the huge dining table for meals and games and the massive couch was so cozy. However, the real start of the show was the view!! Stunning!!the staff from from Wine Country to Coast were great! So nice to be able to call and talk to someone for simple questions or issues vs having to message a host and wait for a reply.

Lovely Dog Friendly Stay

There were 6 of us who stayed here. Well 7 including our dog 🐶. Kitchen was great, well equipped with foil and saran wrap which made it handy. Dog bowls provided. Great view. You do need to drive to the beach as opposed to walk to it. Bring your own coffee. The only downside we found is the bedrooms are downstairs, and the noise from upstairs carries loudly, so if you have people who sleep in, it can be a bit tough.

Sweet get-away

Agua La Vista is a nice home and the listing was true to form. The main complaint and recommendation we would make is about the construction site that is currently in the yard. Although the property management company alerted us to the construction at the house, nobody mentioned just how dangerous the area could be. One misstep and some major injuries could occur. Safety barriers should be installed. We would be happy to share photos of the area in question.
