Beauty redefined

The High Desert Perch is where it is at. A fabulous well-kept and thoroughly furnished location in the heart of Farmington and the 4 Corners area. The three-bedroom setting and huge unit allowed ample space for our meetings. The amenities are second to none. I don't have enough kind words to remark how impressed I was with the property: cleanliness, decor, ease of location, and repertoire with the owners. Fine people. I will definitely be back. This location offered a glimpse of heaven. Thank you

A house with a view

Property was clean and well stocked and well maintained. Property owners were responsive, house was centrally located. Parking was limited and very difficult. Exiting the property was difficult evergreens were overgrown blocking your view. The property was very cold when we arrived and it took a long time to get heat. It was advertised that there was TV cable available and there was none and was told they hadn’t had for sometime. We would not recommend this property to anyone who has a disability because of the several stairs .

The property does not have cable checked in the profile. It never did. There is netflix. The colder than usual house temperature was due to a sudden cold snap and we did get a heater to remedy the situation. There was also a gas fireplace up and running. I hope this response alleviates any notions that we are anything less than what we proudly advertise.
