This three bedroom home keeps the beach vibe with a classic retro interior design within blocks of the beach. From the living room you have excellent views of the ocean, sand spit and marina, a great place to kick back for beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The owners have filled this home with all of the essentials for your stay, just pack your clothes! Included is a fully equipped kitchen, quality linens, from bath to bedrooms. There are two outside areas to entertain and relax. Enjoy the outdoor grill for a nice BBQ dinner. Great location to take a drive and experience many close communities off of historical Highway 1.

Bird enthusiasts come and visit since Morro Bay is a designated national bird sanctuary. It is also a state and national estuary.
