- Guests will have access to the entire home, including the private beachfront patio and direct beach access. Garage parking for one auto, plus covered carport parking for 2 autos. Additional driveway parking is available too.
- Four bedrooms: Master ensuite (king), bedroom 2 (queen), bedroom 3 (queen), bedroom 4 guest quarters off garage (two twin beds). The fourth bedroom, guest quarters, has private access and accessible through the garage.
