So glad the home was such an amazing fit — that pool, hot tub, and entertainer-friendly layout sound like the perfect combo, with the village just a quick trip away! Thanks for the kind recommendation, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Grandkids and a pool are a pretty reliable combination — glad it was a highlight, and that the house worked well for everyone. Thank you for letting us know about the connectivity trouble; that's been passed along to our team to look into. We appreciate you staying with us and would love to welcome the family back.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you were able to stay with us, though we’re sorry the weather impacted your experience with the lifts. Mountain conditions can be unpredictable at times, but we hope you were still able to enjoy the home and surrounding area. We’d love to host you again during a future visit with better conditions.

Thanks, Geoff! We're glad the home worked well for your large family and that you enjoyed both the gathering spaces and the room for privacy. Sounds like the golf course views, indoor pool, and location near Fort Rock made for a great stay. We appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again!

Lauren, we are thrilled that you had a wonderful stay with us! Thank you for your review, and please come back any time.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry your stay fell short in so many ways. A family of raccoons on the deck and stairs that felt unsafe for children are serious concerns, and along with the oven not heating properly, they've been passed along to our team as a priority. We're also following up on the pool heating credit so that it gets resolved for you. We're glad the kids at least enjoyed the pool, and we appreciate your patience while we address these issues. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to host you.

We are thrilled you enjoyed this amazing property. You were such a pleasure to host and we would love to have you back soon!
