Lovely Getaway

We stayed in this lovely apartment in early February. Marianne was a pleasure to deal with from our earliest contact. The local assistant, Katarina, was also excellent to deal with. Everything is as stated and the photos a testament to how truly beautiful the location is. The information available both online and in the apartment is exceptional. There is no shortage of things to do or see in the area. We’re so glad to have chosen this rental and will always have fond memories of our time here.

De eigenaresse was zeer gastvrij. Ze nam de tijd ons de in and outs van het appartement uit te leggen. Vertelde over de directe omgeving en was voor elke vraag benaderbaar.

Adembenemend uitzicht

Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Het uitzicht vanuit de berg (cumbre) is adembenemend. Het appartement is heel netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.Marianne is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Reageert snel op berichten. Ik raad deze locatie ten zeerste aan.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Zu erst: die Beschreibung und Bilder passen 100% zur Realität. Alles sehr sauber, der Ausblick einfach spitzenmäßig, morgens bis mittags Sonne und abends angenehm cool. In der Wohnung ist alle vorhanden, es fehlt einfach nichts. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert. Nicht zuletzt: Frau Pätzhold ist eine Super-Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit von Beginn der Reservierung bis zum Abschied. Vielen Dank für diesen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Perfekt

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Idealer Aufenthaltsort für 2-3 Personen. Außerordentlich sauber. Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang am Morgen und 180 Grad Meerblick. Aufmerksame Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der in der Wohnung aufliegende Fotobildband mit vielen Vorschlägen für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Kfz ist von Vorteil , da die nächstliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sich nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Es gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit sich über den Online-Shop von PEPE Lebensmittel in die Wohnung liefern zu lassen. Fazit: Besonders empfehlenswert (5 Sterne).

Breathtaking views and great hostess

Having been a short-term rental host myself, I really appreciate when I stay in a place where you can tell the owner cares. This is one of those places. Plenty of blankets for all (including throw blankets for the couch), little things like the proper knives for cooking and wine corks (very important! :). There are plenty of things to do in the area especially if you love nature - peaceful hiking paths and country lanes. Gandia has an interesting museum focusing on the Borgias along with restaurants and beaches to enjoy. Thank you Marianne for a great visit and a wonderfully outfitted condo! We had a great time and the location is gorgeous and otherworldly.

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay and the apartment is fantastically kitted out with everything you could ever need. From ice packs and cooler bags so, you can take lunch out, deck chairs for the beach and games to keep yourself entertained. We didn’t want for anything. Easy and quick communication with Marianne the host, made it a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Beautiful view, fine home.

The best part of this holiday accommodation is the view. It was lovely to watch the sunrise each morning, it really is even better than the photos. Otherwise the home was very clean, good facilities, good kitchen and fine in every way. The only thing lacking was a nearby shop, making a car essential.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Wir waren 15 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung und hatten eine perfekte Zeit. Betreuung, Ausstattung, Lage ... waren klasse und wir hatten absolut nichts zu meckern. Das Aublick von der Terasse war traumhaft und mit dem Fernglas konnten wir an einem Morgen sogar sehr früh Delfine in der Bucht beobachten. Auch die Umgebung war durch die Mischung aus Meer, Bergen und schönen Orten toll und hat zu Ausflügen eingeladen. Wir haben einige sehr unterschiedliche Strände besucht und vor allem in Moraira sehr gut gegessen. Touristenabzocke gab es in der ganzen Gegend kaum, das war sehr positiv, da wir in anderen Urlaubsgegenden schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Dann vielleicht im Frühjahr oder Herbst wenn es etwas kühler ist und wir die Gegend auch zu Fuß erkunden können.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. Lage, Einrichtung und Zustand der Wohnung sind einmalig. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns perfekt betreut gefühlt. Wir schwelgen noch in Erinnerungen, bedanken uns ganz herzlich und empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter!
