Location is excellent. Picking up and dropping off keys in a different location is a bit of a pain. Getting into the apartment would be challenging for anyone who isn't mobile. Apartment is decent and we enjoyed our stay. Ten minutes from train station walking. Overall good.

Ideal location close to ferry terminal, bus station and 18’ walk from train station. Modern flat very recently renovated. Clean with washing machine, AC and modern kitchen appliances. Check in entirely digital, no in person host, only virtual contact. Check in awkward but explained in link. One must pick up keys in one location then proceed to rental location. That said location and modern flat make up for the lack of in person host. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Lake Como

Muralto’s nest was wonderful! It was updated and clean and the location was amazing we will stay there again if we return… property manager very attentive 5 stars!

The Rent All Como Team are wonderful! The property was great, perfect location, clean, newly renovated, really nice bathroom/shower and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. The Rent All Como Team are great. They send info well in advance, respond immediately and made the checkin process simple and easy. Great customer service! Thank you!

The property was excellent. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Checking was a little difficult as you have to provide a lot of information prior to getting the keys. You didn't get instructions to pick up the keys at one location, then go to your location where you have to unlock the door from the road, then another door to the building, take the elevator up then unlock another door to your balcony then another door to the unit. The level of security made you wonder why so much security. However once getting used to all of that I would say I would definitely rent the place again.
