The place was DIRTY, no sheets on beds (there was also clothing left in a bed, showers were disgusting, food left in freezer and refrigerator, stained towels, only 5, left in dryer, food in cabinets, dirty pillowcases on one bed, dirty rugs, used soap in showers with a back scrubber, dirty dishes in dish washer. Rained and the sliding doors leaked (so we had to use our 5 towels to clean up); blind in master bedroom broken so couldn’t open it. I am flight attendant so have traveled and stayed many places. This was the worst. The owner lives in Atlanta and answered when I called. She was helpful but I had to make the beds for our first night and clean the showers bc the maid couldn’t come until next day. She assured me she would comp one night for all of our trouble. I tipped the maid next day bc she was there all day (so dirty) in the COVID era cleanliness is important. Upon returning home I asked about the reimbursement she had promised for one night. She offered me a small amount of money (I tipped the maid so that barely cleared tip). I have pictures to post and prove all of this. I am sad bc our first night was awful.
