The perfect getaway! Amazing views/sounds of the ocean, great price, and a very clean stay. One of the best condos I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended!

Spring break

The property is located on a section of the beach that is a little quieter, so it was nice for us. The condo itself is very well appointed and comfortable. The porch is great for a cool spot in the morning, and you can catch the afternoon sun there too. Access to beach is convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay

We had a great week! Communication with property owner was quick and he answered questions or concerns quickly. My family cooks a lot since we try to not spend a fortune on eating out with six people so a few more bigger pots and pans would be helpful- but I realize it’s hard to keep that stuff in good condition or from disappearing probably.

Watercrest getaway

We loved our stay at this condo. Pictures don’t do it justice, the view is amazing and the condo had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was great. We hope to be back again next year

The perfect spot

Everything about this property was perfect for us...16th floor, huge balcony with spectacular views, updated decor, great location...the list goes on and on. Great for families or a couples retreat! We can’t wait to come back.

Extremely dirty

The place was DIRTY, no sheets on beds (there was also clothing left in a bed, showers were disgusting, food left in freezer and refrigerator, stained towels, only 5, left in dryer, food in cabinets, dirty pillowcases on one bed, dirty rugs, used soap in showers with a back scrubber, dirty dishes in dish washer. Rained and the sliding doors leaked (so we had to use our 5 towels to clean up); blind in master bedroom broken so couldn’t open it. I am flight attendant so have traveled and stayed many places. This was the worst. The owner lives in Atlanta and answered when I called. She was helpful but I had to make the beds for our first night and clean the showers bc the maid couldn’t come until next day. She assured me she would comp one night for all of our trouble. I tipped the maid next day bc she was there all day (so dirty) in the COVID era cleanliness is important. Upon returning home I asked about the reimbursement she had promised for one night. She offered me a small amount of money (I tipped the maid so that barely cleared tip). I have pictures to post and prove all of this. I am sad bc our first night was awful.

Now Paula, you checked in at 8pm. You did not notify us until 9pm. that you were dissatisfied with the unit. The unit was cleaned the day prior. After you notified me about your concerns I did everything in my power to rectify the situation. We had the cleaning lady to come back first thing in the morning and re-clean. You were happy and thanked me. It was not until your trip ended that you asked for a refund. Owner's please be aware. Potential guest please disregard this review as all of our other reviews have been 5 star. We pride ourselves on cleanliness & professionalism.

Awesome place and awesome stay

I have been to more than 30 condos in my 50 yrs and this condo was by far the best. The furniture and the beds were so comfortable and made me feel like I was at home with a beautiful beach view. The condo was more stocked than any I’ve ever been in. If there was one complaint it was the sun shining thru at 6 am in the master bedroom. I’m on vacation so I wish it had black out curtains So I could sleep a little later. I will book from them for many years to come. Love this place.
