Prime location on a very quiet street just 2 blocks from the popular Bardstown Road corridor. Convenient to downtown, Expo Center, and more. On chilly evenings gather around the fire table, and on those hot summer days cool off in the refreshing waters of our crystal blue pool. Dining, shops, bars, movies, park are all blocks away.

Why they chose this property
Perfect as your Derby or Bourbon-Tour headquarters with family and friends, or to relax while on your business trip. This is a Victorian home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood of tree-lined streets with sidewalks and historic homes side-by-side on every block, just around the corner from one of the most vibrant and popular entertainment districts in Louisville and very close to beautiful Cherokee Park. The house needed a lot of renovation to bring it up to guest-ready, but it was a labor of love...and we love sharing it!
