Completely remodeled and spacious home with open floor plan and high end kitchen. Five bedrooms all with queen size beds and three with en suite bathrooms, 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Great flow for entertaining inside and large covered front and rear porch areas for outdoor fun. In ground pool is open from April to September with hot tub also available. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown Louisville where you can enjoy many attractions such as The Louisville Slugger Museum, The Big Four Pedestrian Bridge, The Frazier Historical Arms Museum, The KY Science Center, Actors Theater, The Kentucky Center for the Arts, and countless bourbon distilleries. The house is about a 15 minute drive to Churchill Downs, with easy access to numerous restaurants and bars.
