The property is super clean, spacious and easy to access and check in. Large kitchen and full size washer and dryer. The location is great in Lavaca, there is a railway close that you can hear, not abnormal in area but good for light sleepers to be aware of as well as it is on a busy street going to highway. The yard is large with opportunities to sit out and grill unfortunately it was not maintained while we were there and could not enjoy. Overall great option in area.
Very clean, comfortable and stocked with all of the extras! From extra towels, washcloths, fully stocked kitchen with smart fridge, linens fresh! Like a cottage with a huge back yard, very nice!
The house is well appointed and comfortable. The air conditioning works well. There is plenty of room for dining. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were super Clean and really pretty with Plenty of towels. We also enjoys the front porch and all the neighbors with their decorations for Halloween. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops .
My family and I loved this property. It was close to downtown, spacious but cozy, had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked out and enjoyed the backyard. We would love to stay here again.

The pictures on Vrbo were true to the beauty of the home. We were very impressed with all aspects of the experience. Glad not to be in actual downtown, but we were very close & it was not an inconvenience at all. Excellent host!
This place is as advertised, but beware because the train is very close by. The first night was very rough, the train passed by every 30 minutes hooking like crazy, however the second night there was no train.

Was not within walking distance to river walk like the add suggested. We still had to drive and park. Near train tracks so you hear the horn often. And you can hear a main busy highway.
Other than that house was clean and fine.
Issue with getting into home upon arrival but owner responded and corrected the problem within 30 minutes. Would have been nice to have basic instructions in home including how to leave things at time of departure and also some d/w soap and laundry soap would have been helpful. Otherwise, home was clean and equipped with basic amenities. Would stay again and bring the dogs next time...nice fenced yard! and had all
We stayed here for a month while working in San Antonio and absolutely loved it. The house was spotless with a smart, open layout and beautiful furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed—plus extras like dish soap, laundry detergent, and even body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. So many towels, we never ran out!The bathrooms were gorgeous, the A/C worked great, and there were ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The huge smart TV and super fast Wi-Fi made relaxing easy. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was surprisingly soundproof—we couldn’t hear the nearby highway at all.The location is ideal: safe, charming, and in the art district just next to Southtown. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance, and it’s a quick drive to downtown. You can hear the train, but that’s part of San Antonio’s charm and didn’t bother us at all.The front porch was perfect for morning coffee, and the fully fenced backyard (with a great grill) was a hit with our pup. Having a dedicated driveway was also a huge plus.The host was responsive and helpful, though the place was so well-stocked we rarely needed anything. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat—20/10 recommend!
